Stayed Mar 21, 2026We would highly recommend a stay at this property! The house and the outdoor space and pool are beautiful. It is so conveniently located that everything can be easily accessed via walking, biking (provided by the property) or the free trolley. We did have a few issues that were quickly taken care of by the rental company. Our only 2 complaints are that the hot water tank does not support several showers in a row (we had 5 girls staying for the trip) and the AC can only be set to 72 at the lowest. Regardless, we would definitely stay again!

Stayed Mar 5, 2026Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Bay Breeze. The property was very clean, check in process was easy, and management was very responsive to our questions. Highlight of our stay was the outdoor area-the bar and pool were perfect. Allowed us to spend our days entirely outside enjoying the space. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 27, 2025The house was beautiful and the location could not have been any better.I do wish some basic kitchen supplies were available to avoid the need to have to buy every single thing ( basics like salt/pepper, cleaning supplies to just wipe down after kids, and more dishwasher pods). But the house itself was great!!

Stayed Jan 23, 2024Beautiful house & perfect size for our family. Very clean, had everything we needed. Pool, bar area was a hit for sure. Great location within walking distance to everything on the north end of the island. Easy to recommend this place to others.

Stayed Apr 8, 2023Rented this house with another family and this was a great location and house. Walking distance to many things and the property management was quick to fix what was broken (just a couple things taken care of within 24 hours).
