I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time renting this place. It has been upgraded since we were last there which was a nice surprise. There were 5 of us and it worked perfectly for our needs. Plenty of space and ample cooking supplies. It rained everyday so it was nice to have the screened-in porch to hang out since we couldn't do the beach. Only area of concern was the WIFi. It was basically non-existent. We had to go to a public place to be able to conduct virtual meetings for work. So, if you need to work from the house, keep this in mind.

Stayed May 27, 2023The bedroom with the bunk beds gets a little stuffy—I know a ceiling fan there might be problematic, but some kind of fan would be nice. The screened in porch was great, but it might need a larger/second fan as well. Overall, though, we were very satisfied with the house.

You can only see the ocean from the roof top deck and you will need bug spray to stay on the deck but it is great for sun bathing or just hanging out.
