Amazing Waterfront Views of Kemah Boardwalk 3B3B

Nice beach house on the beach. Quiet area, add close to Kemah boardwalk. Pool table was ok, but I recommend you bring your own que sticks. There we're also some games for you to play, Dominos, uno, and poker chips.

Me and my family had an amazing time here at this beautiful home! Area was safe and was near a ton of attractions! The seven of us all had somewhere to sleep on and were extremely comfortable! The host was very communicative and left the rules & guidelines easy to understand! Will definitely think of returning here someday!

The location is beautiful but upon entry the driveway parking was terrible, door at stairs had rust flakes everywhere, outdoor furniture in terrible shape. The home was not clean, & furniture is worn out. The kitchen was not equipped with the basics. I never leave reviews but for what I paid I was so very disappointed with the condition it was in.

The location of the property is GREAT!!! It's on the shore. It's an excellent view of the ocean and close to main attractions and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive and very easy to communicate. Lots of space and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was clean and the location was excellent. We had a nightly view of the lights and amusement rides of the Kemah Boardwalk. We liked our stay.

Six adults and one infant spent Thanksgiving week here and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, with a large dining table, full kitchen and good sized family/living area with comfortable seating, a soaring two-story ceiling, and a 75 flat screen TV. There is a wrap around deck on this level with plenty of chairs and tables. We had outstanding views of sunrises and sunsets from the living/dining areas and on the deck. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable as were the bathrooms and there was plenty of hot water. On the ground level under the decking, there was a ping pong table and pool table. As these were always outside, they were a little worse for wear, but we didn't spend much time outside given the cool weather. All in all, this is a very nice property and the three couples (plus a 2 month old infant), were very comfortable there. The unobstructed water views really made the property. Would definitely rent again.

The property was nice but it could’ve been cleaned a whole lot better. The outside downstairs games was dirty. The furniture upstairs and the balcony was dirty. All the closet doors was locked, so there was no storage. The pantry in the kitchen was locked, that put the icing on the cake for me. The property didn’t have adequate pots and pans, I had to go buy pots to cook in that wouldn’t stick or burn my food. The cleaning crew needs to clean the windows as well to make the view much more beautiful. This all I didn’t like but the location is great, and the house was nice. I would stay again if these issues can be resolved.

We enjoyed our stay with beautiful views, and the check in was a lot easier then checking into a hotel.

Loved the house! It was very clean and it was so nice to have additional amenities for the kids. The owners were very easy to contact and communicate with.
