Stayed Dec 12, 2024Hands down the best Vrbo! Perfect place to host family and a friend for our daughter’s Tampa wedding. Stunning riverfront home with the added bonus of ample ground floor bedrooms to accommodate gramma, aunts and uncles. Home and grounds were clean, beds and bedding were comfy, and there were many places for everyone to hang out and chat indoors. outdoors and in screened areas. The pics don’t even do this property justice. Beautiful plantings, a huge garage stocked with outdoor and indoor games to keep everyone entertained, and great views of the river from the pier. Host was attentive, provided everything we needed in advance, and answered any of our question timely. ❤️

Stayed Jun 1, 2023This place has everything on property for everyone to enjoy. Swimming pool, dock by the water, kayaks and fishing gear, pool table, and a large garage converted to a gaming/party room. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The owner (Sid) checked in aa couple of time via text to assure all is well. Highly recommend.

Stayed May 26, 2023I highly recommend this stay. I actually thought it was even nicer than it appeared online! We were there for three nights. Each night we found ourselves hanging out in a different common space. There were so many gathering areas at the place that we never even used the pools! We found ourselves choosing to go back to our stay rather than being out because it was such a great home to gather. Awesome view on the deck. We saw jellyfish, dolphins and sting rays! The host was very easy to work with. He let us do early check in and was quick to get back to us. My only recommendation for the owner is to put matts down on the stairs as they are steep and easy to fall down on! The lawn being mown also would have been nice but overall it was a fantastic place. I would stay there if I came down again.
