Amazing View Home with Hot Tub in Quiet Area surrounded by Pines and Red Rocks!

The location was wonderful. Very peaceful and a very comfortable home. A must stay!

Since years we make vacation in Sedona and now we found the best place to be.However, my dear wife and I are not sure what is better:- the way out from the house to the patioOR- the way in from the patio to the dining room / living room.Stunning property and exceptional well designed. The house blends in perfectly into the landscape. Lovely and unique details in every corner. The red stone walls and columns inside are exceptionally well planned and positioned.... brining the outside nature into the interior of the house. Patio is perfectly equipped: Webber gas grill to hot tube and plenty of furniture to eat and sleep and watch the stars and wildlife.... from every level around the house.

If you want to relax and stay away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona proper, but want to be a short drive away, then this is your place. The architecture and the amenities of the home are superb. The outdoor wildlife is captivating and can be done from the comfort of a variety of outdoor areas, including the hot tub!

Where do I start. I never had a better wake up call than the view from the master bedroom. The home had everything we needed & the stone work through out the home is beautiful. Great location to a lot of good trails. We had little visitors just about everyday to roll in the mud & cool off (javelinas). The hot tub is a nice spot to relax with a glass of wine and star gaze.

Many others have indicated that this is a perfect stay. And, my husband and I agree. But another point to make is you are renting from a family invested in the community you are visiting unlike a corporate hotel chain. The Swifts want you to have an incredible visit to Sedona, and their rental home provides you the comforts of an architecturally exquisite property with awesome, private views from the backyard and large, glass windows. While the home has multiple bedrooms, we only needed one and found a comfy bed and a wide window from which to enjoy sunrise, mountain vistas and stars right from bed. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, and we enjoyed the gas grill and hot tub, too. But what was the very best part: total tranquility and no noise. We often sat on one of the two back patios to simply enjoy a libation and listen to birds, trees rocking in the breeze, the movement of some wildlife off in the distance. While their internet was fast and functional (and we used it when we needed to do some work), it was wonderful to simply unwind and be in solitude with nature. We have rented tons of properties through VRBO for at least 10 years, and this one certainly rises to the top of our list. We felt so fortunate that this family would share their exquisite property with us that was the highlight of our multi-state vacation. We'd certainly return here if in the area.

Enjoyed staying here very much. Home was clean and in great condition. Views were spectacular. Only suggestion would be an upgrade on the patio furniture, but other than that, this place is awesome!

We had the most incredible time during our stay. Everything from the views out of every window to the wild life (javelina‘s), the access to hiking trails or just spending a day walking downtown Sedona. We had a chance to meet Betsy and Mike (the owners) and they were so nice and welcoming, there if you needed but still have all the privacy you could want. The house itself is incredible on its own and a must see. Thank you for allowing us into your home, those are memories we’ll have forever!

The house was gorgeous and the location couldn’t be more perfect and peaceful. The bed was super cozy and it was amazing to wake up to the views through the giant windows each morning. We saw so much wildlife from the back deck - a bobcat, javelinas, and more. We had everything we needed and we would gladly return in the future.
