Amazing Value- Spacious Townhouse Unit Walking Distance from DT Bloomington

Very spacious for a townhouse. Plenty of supplies and linens.

The space was fine for our stay. Only issues were the lock box did not work properly and there is an ant issue in the kitchen and living room area. The house overall was clean. Good parking and location was perfect for our stay.

Third time staying here. Great location. Super clean and cozy. Plan on staying again. Easy check in and communication

Met with family from 3 states in Bloomington. The Flats on East were easy to get to. clean, quiet and we enjoyed our stay. We will look forward to another stay sometime in the future.

Was a quiet spot in a beautiful area of Bloomington located near Franklin Park! After an evening walk, my sister made the discovery of Mennonite Nursing School building where she graduated so many years ago! The townhouse was perfect for the five of us. Thanks so much!

Son graduated from ISU, and the location was great, close enough to the event and far enough from all the graduating traffic. Great communication with the host and very accommodating. Thank you. Well look them up again for our next graduate at ISU.

The property is very nice. Lots of parking and room for several adults to sleep. bathrooms very nice as well.Two sets of adults stayed here to see my grandson play basketball for the weekend at Illinois Wesleyan which was a walkable distance away. We stayed two nights. Nothing was very far away.Would recommend Lucca Grill for pizza and Lil Beaver for craft beer.

The location is perfect nearby friends and family and anything you may need. The arrangements of the townhouse are perfect for a larger group. Having the full kitchen makes it easy to enjoy home cooked meals lowering the cost of travel. Clean and well appointed.

Four couples in town for a wedding. The four bedrooms were perfect, and having two bathrooms was very beneficial. Townhouse was very clean and essentials were provided. Check-in was as simple as opening a lock box for the key and the parking was very ample. Location is close enough to basically everything that you might need to do (restaurants, shopping, etc). I would stay here again next time we are in the area

We had a weekend wedding and needed a place for our family as well as family friend to stay to help watch our infant. This was well priced and fit our space needs. I (the booker) unfortunately was not there to take advantage of the amenities, we literally used it to sleep. However, renter two days

The kitchen was well appointed; towels new and plentiful in the bathrooms. Overall okay, but the refrigerator was very noisy, and the overhead light did not work in one of the bedrooms. Sitting area worked for four, not sure how it would serve eight guests.

We were a group of 4 mature women in town to visit family. The condo was very convenient to our family, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Very clean and comfortable. It definitely checked my boxes for VRBO stays - nice quality bedding and towels, enough matching dishes for the 8 people the place would hold, and a comfortable living space. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an issue the first night of our stay with the air conditioner. I reached out to the host who responded very quickly. The host arranged to have a technician come out and look at the ac unit. Due to weather, the issue wasnt able to be resolved until first thing the next day. We were very grateful for the quick response and constant communication until our issue was fully resolved. The unit was very spacious. We had a bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs. The unit also had 2 bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. We will be booking this unit again next time we come to Bloomington.
