Amazing Upscale condo w/ Private Deck, Hot Tub, Epic views, 78 LED Tv, WiFi

Was a great stay Clean Close to lifts food etc Mick was very helpful

The actual property is beautiful, however the hot tub, internet, TV and fire place didn't work the entire time we were there. It took over 24 hours for the owner to respond to our initial request (after repeated messages) and nothing was fixed while we were there. I had to ask for a partial refund and the initial amount was very minimal, so much so that I felt compelled to ask for more, and then still had to negotiate up from there. In the end we were refunded about a night for a four night stay, but it didn't feel like he was trying to make it right. It was especially odd because the welcome letter stressed how much they wanted us to have a great stay and to contact them immediately if anything was wrong because they are dependent on reviews. For that reason I wouldn't recommend staying here. If we'd been in a hotel they probably would have paid for our stay.

Great place and conveniently located. Hot tub on the deck was such a welcome treat everyday after skiing.

We stayed here over Christmas and couldn't have had a better time. Mick was gracious and helped us get settled in. Kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook an amazing Christmas dinner

We had a great stay in this townhouse. It was in a good location and they were plenty of places to go walking and hang out in the neighbourhood when we were at the house. It was comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. The beds were especially comfortable! And the hot tub was brand-new and clean and worked wonderfully. As one other reviewer said, it is not really the owner's vacation house, it is his real house and you are staying in it for a week. A little awkward at first but we got over it quickly and made ourselves at home. He was friendly and cared about our stay. I would not recommend it for children under the age of five because there are his personal items that they could get into that you'd want to respectfully want to keep them out of, but that was not an issue for us and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was clean, but there was paperwork and cluttered desk in main living area that was kind of odd. No manual in counter to explain complex entertainment center even though welcome letter stated there would be. Location very convenient however and price very reasonable

Several of us stayed here during Sundance 2016. It is very walkable to bus routes and great accomodations. Very nice and accommodating owner, highly recommended!

Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood Clean, well maintained unti. Beautiful views from the giant windows in the living room.

The place is incredible, the pictures do not do it justice. The common area is great, and if you love coffee, Mick has got that completely covered. The place has plenty for room and is clean. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, and like most things in park city, 10 minutes will get you anywhere you need to be. I had a great time Mountain Biking in Park City, and would definitely come back.
