In the winter, free private shuttles whisk you to Breckenridge Ski Resort in just minutes, or take advantage of the Gold Run Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, ice skating and sleigh-ride dinners. In the summer, there's the Jack Nicklaus-designed, 27-hole Breckenridge GolfClub, bike paths and hiking trails galore. And the views of the Tenmile Range are fantastic.

About the townhouse:

3 bed/2.5 bath modern townhouse with a private gated deck and jetted hot tub in Highlands Greens, minutes from Breck. There is a 55 inch smart TV in the living room above the gas fireplace and TVs in two of the bedrooms. In the winter, a free private shuttle whisks you to Breckenridge Ski Resort in just minutes (8am-5pm).

Getting Around

- Property is about 10 minutes from town, but it has easy access to winter and summer activities

- The private shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8-5 to the gondola and through downtown.

    We just got back from a 5 days stay and highly recommend this home! There was the perfect amount of room for 2 families with kids. The location is close to both Breckenridge and Frisco; it was convenient to get to the hill for skiing and to Frisco for shopping and dining out. The home is 2 stories which provides space for the kids and parents to share a space without feeling crowded. The kitchen had all of the amenities that we needed and the living space was open, allowing for lots of family fun. We had a wonderful trip and would stay in this home in the future if we take another trip to Breckenridge,

    Nice and clean. Location can’t be beat. Free shuttle to town and the slopes. Stephen was a great host checking if we needed anything and gave us great tips on the slopes and local area. I hope it will be available when we get back to Breckinridge!!

    Every summer, we plan a trip to visit Breckenridge/Summit County. We have stayed in several different places. This townhome was perfect for us this year. Whenever we had a question, we had no problem communicating with the property manager. It was a great visit this year. We would definitely be willing to stay there again.

Anytime we had a question, needed any information, or needed anything on our stay, he was easy to get a hold of and very proactive.     Loved the hot tub after a day skiing. It’s an easy ride to the Breckinridge gondola and downtown- as well as Whole Foods in Frisco. We like to cook and found this to be the best stocked of all the rentals we’ve been in - with things like spices and teas. We appreciated little extra touches like charging cables, humidifiers and water bottles. The development has an upscale look and feel and is also just around the corner from snow shoeing/ cross country skiing. Would definitely come back.

    Very nice home, and close to everything we wanted to do. We were a group of six and had plenty of room. It felt very cozy and home like. We hadn’t planned on getting in so early, but Stephen was very accommodating and allowed us in early which helped having two kids and getting ready for a day on the slopes.

    We traveled with my 8 yr old son, 12 year old nephew, and mother in law (party of five) and the Home was perfect! No more than a 10 minute drive to peak 9. Stephen was great and very responsive. Didn’t need anything.

    We loved our stay. Stephen thought of everything to make this a home away from home- right down to charging cords for the phone and snacks in the fridge! The house is welcoming and beds and couches are extremely comfortable. The gas fireplace really kept the home warm and the hot tub was a great place to relax sore muscles after a day of skiing! Stephen is very accommodating and answered questions right away. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Stephen!
