Stayed Jan 4, 2026Wonderful experience overall. Location for the resort could not have been better. House was well appointed and everything appears new. Very comfortable bed. Host was very communicative from the beginning. Nice having the neighborhood concierge available. Will look back for this place if we travel to Sandestin in the future.

Stayed Sep 22, 2025We loved the location of this property. It was tucked back into a quiet neighborhood of Sandestin. The house was well-decorated and appointed and comfortable for the whole group. The screen porches provided quiet getaways for conversation and were especially nice during the rain showers. We also loved the amenities with the house (golf cart for 6, beach chairs, etc.) and at the clubhouse (use of an espresso machine) which were included.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025The house was nice and clean and accommodated our family. The surrounding area was very beautiful and our grands had fun on the golf cart when we were exploring. There were some inconveniences however, one of the AC units went out and had to be replaced, so that took some time. Paul was very attentive to see that it got done as quickly as possible. Overall we had a good time.

Stayed May 29, 2025We had a wonderful time at this property celebrating our daughter, Delani's, graduation with family- parents, brother, grandmother, cousin and her best friend. Everything was as described and did not disappoint. The property has everything you need to prepare delicious food and plenty of space for everyone to relax, laugh and enjoy family time.

The bedrooms are very comfortable and the back porches are wonderfully shaded and a great place to enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. The amenities such as the pool and clubhouse are nice. They have some fun things like Sunday sundaes and Tuesday happy hour by the pool. The Village is very close by either by cart or walking.

We were a very short walk to the amazing pool and a clubhouse where my sons played pool. Sunsets over the bay and a gulfcart ride to Baytowne Wharf! Excellent location!

If my accommodation are good then it sets the tone for the vacation. Property owner was very helpful securing things we need for grandchildren. Attentive and responsive to any request made. Although we never meet owner, Paul made us feel he appreciated us staying there and he wanted to make sure we had a fantastic stay. We’ve stayed at Sandestin for 25 years and 8107 Inspiration is at the top of our list! Well equipped and perfect for our 3 families. 6 passenger golf cart was in great shape and plenty of power. This is the most Desired rental neighborhood on Sandestin and the concierge was so helpful and friendly with any issues. Stayed Jun 17, 2024Paul’s property at Inspiration by the Bay is truly the best stay in Sandestin. The home itself is luxuriously appointed, comfortable, and spacious. Each of the bedrooms were quiet and cozy. The screened in porches were shady and cool in the afternoon heat. You won’t regret staying at Inspiration!
