Cozy space right next to the river, we enjoyed our stay here!

We loved the location and the back deck with the river right there was great. The place although dated, was comfortable and had everything we needed. We did struggle with the keyless entry, we had to try 2-3 times to get the door to open and when we left it didn't always lock when just shutting the door. Additionally while there we went to do laundry and the washer would not drain. We called the rental company, but no maintenance person ever came. Overall we where happy with this property.

Location location! 2 minute walk to the hot springs and small nice green space for family gatherings. The unit was very clean and organized. The view off back makes for great photo ops. Would definitely stay again.

While it's pretty outdated on the inside, with much of the furniture, decor, and finishing feeling like it may be original, it was very clean and organized, and had all the amenities we would want. The management company was fantastic when we needed a couple things. They responded immediately on the phone and had our issues solved within minutes. It could use a new mattress in the master bedroom because it's very bouncy and unsupportive. All said, it was a comfortable stay in a good location.

You literally walk across a small parking lot to the Hot Springs pool and park- so that was a huge bonus for us. The condo is right on the river and met all of our needs. It has great views and the deck overlooks the river. One note is that you will go up many stairs to get to the living areas and bedrooms, if you don't do stairs, this may not be a fit for you.

But property needs upgrades. Mgmt co very helpful, sent mai ntenance out to deal with a couple of issues. Be aware there is no access to garage. Deck wonderful.

Great location. There was a very bad smell so it was the cleanest. Other than that everything was good.

Plenty of room for two couples, easy check in and check out process, great location across the parking lot from the hot springs. Ouray is a beautiful little town and has lot to offer for hiking, jeeping, and history. Would definitely recommend and would love to get back in the fall with the trees changing colors.
