Amazing River House in the Moovalya Keys, Parker AZ

Nice home, very quiet. Space is even larger than expected. The pink toilet and tub in the master suite was wonderful

Beautiful home, great back deck with lots of shade, nice dock, lots of parking!

Be aware of the photos you see for this listing as the outside patio covers do not work or roll down to block Sun,outside ceiling fans don’t work very well. No cable are streaming on the TVs. No cleaning supplies left to ensure your clean the property during your stay. You have to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies for a property so big and so expensive to rent they should leave at least a little cleaning supplies for you to get by. Property owners claim we left trash behind which no trash bags were left behind. We walked the property before we left in every room took out all the trash to the necessary, trash cans.

Great place to stay with family and friends, location was awesome! I’d recommend this place to others!

Beautiful and spacious home. Nothing lacking. MBR is awesome, 2 adjoining rooms with jack and jill bathroom are nice. 4th bedroom is ok for kids as it is a 3 tier bunk and rather small. Kitchen the focal point of the home and is huge with all items one needs. Canal location excellent, outside patio has everything one would want. Docking boat in front of home is great. Can't say enough about the home as nothing disappoints. Definitely will repeat booking in the future.

This home is beautiful with a huge kitchen and large covered patio over looking the water. The location was perfect ! Owner / Prop Mgr was a pleasure to work with. We all had a great weekend ❤️

I rented this house for me and 2 of my girlfriends and our families! It fit all of us perfectly! We had an absolutely amazing time! The layout is nice and big and open. The outdoor space is perfect for bowing! Great location in the Keys! Also the owners were so friendly and super responsive. Everything went seamlessly! Don’t skip this house on your next Parker vacay! ☀️

The house was beautiful. Loved the porch over looking the water. Great location. Gas station right across the street, very convenient to walk over and get ice to fill the coolers. Would definitely book this place again.

Great spot in the keys with a nice doc and outside patio. Really like that this house is outside the gate right across from the Circle K so you dont have to deal with going in and out and the lack of parking when you have multiple families with you. House is laid out nice. For our family I would prefer the bigger beds in the rooms vs. the bunk beds but it definitely works for multiple families. First time at this house and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the keys.
