The condo was nicely appointed. With a modern, well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and two bedrooms w/comfy beds! There's an ensuite bathroom and one just ouside the 2nd room door. We throughly were pleased with our short stay in this very clean, very nice condo!

This place exceeded expectations with its exceptional cleanliness, superb location, and emphasis on safety. The host's outstanding communication made all the difference.

Everything we needed to enjoy ourselves in truly a home away from home. There are is a brew pub and some cafes within easy walking distance, but a car is helpful to get to some of the many other places about 1-2 miles away. You need a car to go downtown. Quiet and comfortable!

We loved the apartment, but the couch needs replaced and there was only a couple of washclothes for both bathrooms. The location was nice and well lit for our security. Very nice rental.

Everything was great. The only issue we had was with upstairs neighbors. It sounded as if they were rearranging furniture or moving in. The issue was that it would start around 10:00 PM and last until 3:00 AM. It was very noisy and would wake us up.

Overall, the property's location, cleanliness, check in instructions and management's response to my concerns met expectations. Check out instructions were also clear. Would request availability of property when visiting friends in the Nashville area again.

Clean and well maintained 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. We were in town for a baseball tournament. Laundry appliances worked well and were clean.

We really enjoyed this condo. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, including some coffee! The location was great, too. We walked to the brewery one night and enjoyed dinner there.

Property was nice and well kept. Outside area was not as good but not horrible. Would not suggest children in the area.

We were in Nashville for a family weekend and the condo was PERFECT! Very very clean, well appointed and convenient to everything. The check in process was a bit heavy with confirmation of who we were but understand given some of the challenges with Nashville VRBO. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property during our time in Nashville. We were able to walk to a local brewery and grab a quick snack and drink before heading downtown. The room was easily assessable, quiet, and clean. The building was well kept and within 15 minutes of broadway. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and nicely laid out. Good neighborhood which felt safe. Fat Bottoms brewery is right around the corner and the food was good. We did not cook but coffee maker and plenty of cups etc. water pressure is a little on the slow side but you can shower without difficulty. Parking was easy.

stayed here as a group of grad students from Belmont. Easy commute in the morning, with more traffic in the afternoon. Overall we enjoyed our stay here!

In town for parents weekend. The location was close to campus. Overall a great and peaceful stay.

The location was great for us. Our son lives in the Nations neighborhood so it was very close to him. There were three adults that stayed there but it would be comfortable for four or five. Directions into the building and to the rental were a little confusing but we found it without too much trouble. Decently stocked with essentials although the unit could use Kleenex and some towel rings bybathroom sinks. Overall a great stay and would stay again
