Amazing Porches and Location + 2 Adult Bikes! Seaside, Fl

Weirdly master connects to guest house room only by glass French door and curtain. Should have lock on both sides of doors not just one side. Bunk space was ok. No grill is deal breaker for us for future renting because we love to grill out. Owners junk was piled in back of house in plain view including rusting golf cart and grill for them. House needed some repairs including missing disposal safety gasket, broken faucet in bathroom and unsafe hammock mounts which caused it to fall while 105 pound daughter sitting in it. These things were mostly repaired quickly with call to manager. House still needs a good bit of minor maintenance attention. Then we were asked to allow someone to drop off things for owner’s stay in two weeks...another minor inconvenience. Overall, house is beautiful, great location, porches are great, manager is very responsive but house needs a quite a few minor maintenance issues.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice. Couldn't enjoy the porch. Nonstop construction noise next door along with constant use of foul language. After spending $14,000 my wife asked for an extra 2 days at 900 and you said ok. Then because of the upcoming weather and my unrelenting pain from falling off my bike we decided we needed to go home as originally planned but you guys refused to give us our money back. Because of that and the constant construction noise which you guys were aware of and never told us we will not be using your services again. The British guy who fixed our TV was fantastic. And the lady who helped us out with the door key and lock and a few other things was also fantastic.

Den was comfortable for all of us to watch college football. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. We visit Seaside at least once a year and would definitely stay here again.

Well stocked kitchen and we really liked the layout - we could all be together in the downstairs living area. Just as described. We are considering staying there again and adding Lemon Drop if we need more space!

We also hosted some friends for a few days and had plenty of room for everyone. House was clean and ready when we arrived. Very close proximity to everything in 30A.
