Amazing Pool/Tiki Bar/ Duplex 1/2 Block From The Beach, Near Times Square, Pier

Everything was just lovely. Lovely little bungalow on a perfect location with a perfect pool and beach… thank you!

We had an issue when we first arrived and Tess quickly resolved it. The pool was great and being so close to the beach, we really enjoyed the stay.

We had a very relaxing vacation just steps away from the beach. Enjoyed the pool and grilling out. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants in close proximity to the property. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

The good: clean, well apportioned property, great communication with host. Convenient location to beach and Times Square. Very comfortable and relaxing.The only negative was the size of the shower, which is barely large enough for an average sized adult. We would definitely stay again if in the area. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartmemt was very cozy. The tiki bar was very nice. The pool was great with water so relaxing. We would definately go back again. We had a nice stay being so close to the ocean.

Stayed here while in Ft. Myers. There was a hiccup while there with the property. However, the owner made it. Would definitely stay at one of her properties again. 5 stars as an owner!!!

Cross Estero Blvd to the Delmar Ave beach access. Dog bags and trash can available. Friendly dog people. Moms is just a short walk for cinnamon rolls.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect to explore Ft Myers Beach and easy to in and out of the area when we left the Island. The pool and bar area are great as well. Tess was quick to respond when we had a question and checkin/checkout were super easy. Highly recommend!!

The property was perfect for my son and I to stay during a tournament. The location was exactly what I was looking for- walking distance and close to beach access and close to restaurants, etc. House had everything we needed for the 2 of us and we loved that another family could stay in connecting room. Pool was good size and everything was clean. Would recommend for a small family or 2 couples.

The condo was very quite. There is room for 2. I would not like any more then that. The pool and teki bar are fantastic. We enjoyed it's relaxing atmosphier We also were lucky enough to have the pool to ourself, no one booked that week on the other side. Such a short walk to the beach. We would do this again. Great owners!!! Very inormative!

I had my two teenage grandsons there and they enjoyed the pool until the wee hours of morning, and the beach was a short walk. Everything is still pretty sad, but they are rebuilding and coming back. Would stay again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! Our unit had everything we needed. It was clean and very functional. The private pool was great! The area is being rebuilt and will be an awesome area when it is complete. Thank you Tess!

We have stayed in some good places. This was one of the better ones. Location was perfect house was great pool was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. The option to rent out the second unit is perfect for small group of friends or family.
