Stayed Aug 20, 2024This property is amazing! Joe and Sonia are wonderful hosts who have provided the basic necessities to make your vacation plans run seamlessly! The pool and hot tub were favorites of ours. We loved that you can control the temperature on the hot tub. We also went to Indian Rocks Beach, which we loved for the shallow waters and small crowds, as well as Clearwater Beach, which was more touristy but very beautiful. We made a day of fun at Busch Gardens (go at the end of August on a rainy day, it was so dead we were able to walk on every coaster!). Shopping was close by. Everything was perfect! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We will definitely look you up again if we head back to the area.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The home was in a quiet neighborhood and offered all the comforts of home. Although we went to the beach nearby, the private pool and outside patio was the place we spent most of our time relaxing. The host was prompt to answer any questions and address a minor maintenance problem. We will definitely look for this rental as an option in future travels to the area.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024Joe and Sonia were great hosts and their house was just as described and was a peaceful and enjoyable time by all of us. The pool and hot tub was a big hit with the kids and us adults! The boat ride the Joe and Sonia took us was also great and the kids love it! I would highly recommend this host and house. We will come back again.

Stayed Apr 28, 2024We rented this beautiful home For a getaway with my 2 children, their spouses and our little dachshund for 8 days.(6 of us) Lots of room, Perfect Location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to Clearwater, several shopping centers, including grocery stores and Costco. The home is beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen that overlooks the living room and pool/hot tub. Patio had a grill, TV, music and plenty of place to eat outside. 2 bathrooms and washer dryer, kitchen stocked with all you need. We went to 4 beaches, Clearwater North (takes dogs) Clearwater South, Indian Rocks Beach, also Anna Maria Island. Indian Rock was by far the nicest, and lots of room for all of us. Clearwater south and Anna Maria fun, but touristy. Host was quick and attentive with any questions we had, gave us suggestions for dinner and when we messaged if they had an air pump for some blowups for the pool he brought 1 over for us! Been to Clearwater a few times, loved this place and would stay again! Also have mention the most delicious restaurant we ate was at The salty crab bar and grill North Beach!
