Stayed Aug 21, 2025Location was wonderful! Property Management company was awful!!! No communication. We had maintenance issues throughout our stay and no one would come repair. Fire alarms were beeping, and they refused to come remedy the situation, so we had to remove the batteries ourselves. Windows do not function, and the seal has issues so if you are hoping for a beautiful view from inside go somewhere else. Carpets and showers were filthy. requested credit for these issues with no response. no surprise there.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We had an amazing stay at this beachfront vacation rental! The location truly can't be beat—just steps from the sand and within walking distance to the outlets, fishing pier, and plenty of local attractions. It made it so easy for our group to enjoy everything the area had to offer without needing to drive far.The house itself is perfect for large groups. The layout was spacious and thoughtfully designed, giving everyone enough room to spread out while still having plenty of communal areas to hang out and relax. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the abundance of convenient appliances—multiple refrigerators, an ice maker, and even a wine fridge, which came in super handy!The hot tub and pool were definite highlights—great for unwinding after a long day at the beach. We also had a minor maintenance issue during our stay, but the property management team was incredibly responsive. They sent a handyman out quickly, and the issue was resolved without any hassle.Overall, this rental checked all the boxes for a fun, relaxing, and hassle-free beach getaway. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Property has potential of being great but in need of ATTENTION: The home is not clean. It was not supplied with basics - garbage bags; DW tabs, hand soap, paper towels or dish towels. Trash was completely full when we arrived - and smelled terrible. The back door hinge is broken; was reported, if the second hinge goes the door will fall out and potentially onto someone. The stairs to beach - had a guest step on nail - luckily they had a tetanus within the last 10 years and we had a nurse with us The Grille was in horrible condition and we had to go purchase a propane tank to add insult. The ice maker has mold in it The seal in picture window is broken - obstructs exactly what we paid for - our view Mold under shampoo dispensers - disgusting Dishwashers are in need of replacement they do not work well at all - they ran 1-3 cycles to clean. TVs do not work Solar lights around hot tub do not work Vacuum doesn’t work Carpets were filthy House needs some attention. pros - location, decor and kitchen table is great, ac works well, beds were comfortable expected better condition and amenities

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The house accomodated our large group of 3 families with kids ranging from 9-22 and 7 adults really well. The property is in some serious need of maintenance and repairs though. The biggest issue was the stairs leading to the beach were in disrepair. We paid for beach front property then learned after arriving we were expected to walk down the street to the public access because the stairs were unsafe. A number of other maintenance issues plagued our stay. We still had a wonderful time and if the house received the repairs and maintenance needed, I would highly recommend it. As it is, it is overpriced and there should be disclosures about the lack of direct, safe beach access.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Lovely spot, comfortable for our large family of fifteen. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for large groups. And we got all of us around the large dining table. Close to an ice cream shop and markets.

Stayed Dec 27, 2023Location was great and house was perfect for our group. Our kids loved going to the pier to fish and playing football on the beach. Walkable to restaurants, which was great! Highly recommend going to Owen’s one night if you are staying here.

Stayed Nov 16, 2023This was a great house for a large family to get together in. We were in the area for my sons wedding and wanted to be able to visit a little outside of those activities. We all slept well and enjoyed a few meals together. The movie room and pool table were enjoyed by several. It was cold so the outside area was not really an option, but I could see that being a great added bonus for future visits.

Stayed Apr 21, 2023This was a very nice property with great features. The movie room was awesome for everyone! I was very impressed with the safety features on the elevator. The only thing we had trouble with was not being able to get cable TV to work. But there was not much time to watch it anyway and made us spend more quality time together! I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Stayed May 8, 2022This house and location are great. We were unfortunate to have bad weather (non stop wind and rain). What is one of the big things that you do inside? Watch TV! It was so frustrating with the TV! You have to long into your own private dish or Netflix account. And just take a look at how many peoples privacy of their own personal accounts are on each tv in the house. You stay in a house this nice you kinda expect to be able to watch tv without having to set up your own private information to do so.
