Amazing Ocean Views - Direct Oceanfront - 3 Bed/3 Bath Hilton Head Beach Villa

Wonderful view of the ocean, villa is closest to walkway leading to beach. Very comfortable living spaces and adequately stocked kitchen for cooking if you wish. Parking is covered and at main entrance of the villa. We would absolutely book this property again.

Another awesome vacation at HHI and at this wonderful condo. Location is ideal and just steps to the beach. Condo has all amenities, is clean, and Christian (host) responds immediately to any concerns. I can’t say enough about the property and all the friends we have made while staying here.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. This particular unit is the best spot in the whole property with extra natural light and the fastest walk to the beach and the newly upgraded pool. The area was very safe with car and pedestrian gates. Hilton Head Beach Villas has a nice small community feel and everyone we met was friendly. The owners were checking things prior to our arrival and gave us a heads up about a very minor issue. The unit was nice and cool on an extremely hot weekend with relaxing music playing. The carport is another bonus keeping your vehicle from cooking in the southern sun. The Internet and TV was a little wonky at times but not the reason to go on vacation. We enjoyed everything this beautiful island has to offer and so much is in walking/biking distance. Book it. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent location. Walking distance to shops / restaurants. Very easy and close walk to the beach. Property Manager was very attentive and accommodating in assisting with parking needs for an extra car. Villa was clean and spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to next year!

We had a nice time at the villa. It was very clean, master bed was comfortable, showers are great, air conditioning worked great and location and views were nice. Other than it could use a little updating, it was a nice place to stay.

The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and close to local dining and attractions. The property owner was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Light and bright with nice views of the ocean. Condo provides plenty of space for our muti-generational family. Pool reno was not quite complete but looks awesome! Steps to beach, shops and restaurants. Can't wait to return!
