Amazing New/Pool/Canal, 3 King Queen Sofa Bed 2 Bath Near Beach and Times Square

This property was just what we needed.. the location is fabulous

We had 4 of our children and our grandson with us. Such a fun property with the pool and tiki bar! We didn’t even make it to the beach and spent our days at the pool where we were all able to relax and have a great time. Tess was amazing and even sent us a ring my daughter left behind. We couldn’t be happier with the property and location to walk to time square. We unfortunately had to evacuate due to hurricane Ian and Tess was in constant communication and helped us through. Our hearts are with Tess the owner and everyone across all of Florida. We will be back when Fort Meyers is ready for visitors again and will rent this house if it’s available.

This is the second year in a row that I have used this same property. I plan to use it again next year at this time.

The house was perfect for our extended family during our week stay at Fort Myers Beach. We loved the pool and tiki bar!! Everything was clean. Perfect location to the beach and Times Square. The canal was convenient. We rented a pontoon boat for a day and drove it right to the house up the canal where everyone could get loaded on the dock. The beach, shops, and restaurants were within walking distance. Tess was wonderful and we arrived earlier than our scheduled check in and she let us start unloading our things early. The beach wagon, bikes, and kayaks were definitely a plus! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The property was in a great location. Just a 6 min walk to beach and stores. My boys loved fishing off the pier and us adults loved the Tiki bar.

We loved our stay at this house. The pool and tiki bar is amazing! Very kid friendly. Everything was provided for us that we needed for cooking, the pool and beach. Loved how close it was to all the restaurants, shopping and the beach. We had plenty of room to spread out with 6 adults, 4 kids and a baby. However, the house could use some updating and we didn’t realize that it is 2 separate units - had to get creative for kids to sleep near grandparents so parents could go have a little late night fun ;)

Let’s start with positives, pool area tiki bar location of residence very nice. House is a little tired could use a few dollars updating. Overall we enjoyed our week on FMB if the house has some improvements we would be happy to come back.

I would say that ADA concerns were the only concerns we had. I am partially disabled, and so getting in and out of the pool was difficult at first, but then we used a stack of chairs for a railing. I would also suggest possibly rugs in the lower shower area since it is slick tile. There were plenty of towels, great location, the tiki bar was great. Very nice.

Loved this house. Close to the beach and restaurants. The highchair, pack 'n play, stroller, and wagon were a definate draw to this place - all were used! We saw manatees twice in the canal that was a surprise and a bonus.
