Stayed Jan 4, 2026It’s a beautiful home. We had trouble with the downstairs TV, some rooms are hot and some are cold, but we had a nice time. It’s very close to purgatory ski area.

Stayed Jun 3, 2025We had a wonderful time there. The location was perfect for Ouray, Silverton, Durango, and Mesa Verde. The house was a great size for the 8 of us. The views from the house made it hard to go anywhere else. We will miss the stunning mountain vistas!

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Had a big crew of three families. This place was a great space for all of us. Lots of room in the living room for everyone. Well stashed kitchen. The best part was the sleddin hill in front of the house and provided sleds. And the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Can’t recommend this place enough! Snow in Purg was awful but we made it work!

Stayed Jan 31, 2025A beautiful and accommodating home with great floor plan for multifamily. Only 3 miles from Purgatory and a short drive to Durango with many options. I highly recommend this house for your vacation.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this home for the last four years and will continue to do so. With a bathroom for every bedroom, all the kids get their own with plenty of hot water for all of them. We travel as a big group and are not crowded in the least bit.The views are amazing, the distance to Durango and Silverton is minimal, and there is a great honey place down the road in Honeyville.Biggest complaint we have is the coffee cups, but the corner store sells some great ones. Which gives us an excuse to get a coffee cup for a souvenir every year!

It was in a perfect location between Durango and Silverton. We had 7 adults and 6 kids. The kids loved staying in the loft and game room that was converted into a room. The rooms all had their owe bathroom, which was very nice. The house overall was very nice and had all the kitchen appliances, pots, pans, etc that we needed. There were plenty of towels, pillows, extra blankets if we needed them. The last 2 days it snowed and we were not planning on it snowing so the kids were able to borrow the sleds they had in the garage for us to take further up towards Silverton to play on some hills. We had to call the managing company a couple times to ask questions and every time they were very helpful. If we come back to Durango, we would definitely rent this home again.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024What a wonderful recent stay at this property. The home is updated and located directly beside the Hermosa Trail system. We could access trail from behind property and hiked to Castle Rock! Highly recommend!
