This four bedroom and den/bedroom three and a two half-bathroom is centrally located in the island. This townhouse is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 7 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals. The Livingroom has one sofa and three comfortable chairs and a flat screen TV to spend you family evening together. On the other side of the same floor next to the kitchen this property also features a sofa and two chairs and another flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a breakfast bar and a large dining table for your family meals or for a quick bite. There is a deck off of the entry level, a balcony off of the living room and the loft bedroom on the top floor.
