Amazing Large Ocean Front Home - Direct Beach Access & Views Galore!

Amazing house right on the beach with plenty of room for all our kids and grandkids. The property is well-maintained and everything worked. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms seemed really well-insulated and quiet. We will stay there again some time!

The view was spectacular & just a short walk outside to beach. Unfortunately, the oven did not work. There was a counter top oven that our pizzas did not fit in, which told me that the owner was well aware that the oven didn’t work but didn’t disclose it. The owner was not responsive to my messages, only when I acted like someone interested in renting the house. She apologized & said too many threads going on… I feel like the most important one would be the person staying in your house?

We have rented this home several times in the past and always enjoyed our stay. This year.... the weather was the best ever! We like that the home has plenty of space to spread out and such an amazing view!!We did have a problem with the ovens working properly, but were able to use a counter top oven to accommodate our baking needs.

This was a beautiful home in the perfect location! We had a great time and actually got a couple of very nice beach walks with no wind or rain and actually found a whole perfect sand dollar on one of the walks. I would love to rent this house again in the summer as we were here in January. Only complaint is the BBQ has seen its better days and really should be replaced and the oven takes f-o-r-e-v-e-r to heat up, so plan accordingly. Everything else was quite lovely!

The house was amazing. It was roomy. Fully equipped and my group loved it. Right next to the beach! We do an annual trip and we think this is our new home. Sarah was also very attentive and communicative

This was one of the best beach vacations we’ve had with our family. The house was perfect. The beach access was great, plenty of games and toys for the little ones & big ones alike, super quiet rooms, beds were comfy and pillows were just right. We slept in the room next to our grand daughter and never heard her crying in the night-super quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve for our family of 12. There’s plenty blankets and pillows. There’s a high chair, playpen, baby gate for the stairs, & a baby gate for the bed. Cleanliness was good but it’s a family house. The BBQ has been well “loved” by the ocean air and needed attention. Outside of that it was great!

This property was by far a favorite. Great amenities, amazing views, easy beach access and the perfect layout for a large group of adults. There were helpful and very clear instructions throughout the house on use, expectations and cleanup. We would definitely stay here again and again!

We had a very nice weekend with our family. There was plenty of room for all the families to have their own space, cousin to play games, puzzles, movies, and play. Stormy weather kept us inside with a great view. The adults had space to visit, play games, and watch football.

You can't beat this view! The house is so well appointed for a large group from a great kitchen with all the needed supplies to plenty of seating for eating together or playing games or watching sports. This is our favorite Oregon Coast property!

The location is breathtaking. Such a beautiful setting and perfect distance to enjoy the Pacific Ocean. The home was perfect for our large group and the upstairs bedrooms has a fantastic view of the ocean as did the downstairs living area. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for large group, like that it only has 3 step to the first level and 4 bed room on the frist level for our elderly mom, plenty of kitchen space and seating. We realy enjoyed our stay.

This is our retreat for annual family gatherings on the Oregon coast. The property sits right on the beach with beautiful views and rooms that suit all our needs. The owner is responsive and available. Doesn't get much better than this!

We recently spent 5 lovely days at this amazing property. The house is clean, well appointed, bedrooms are roomy and bathrooms are situated just right for comfort and convenience. The house is beautiful. The views were stunning and the access to the beach so easy. The area it is located in is so inviting with gorgeous walks on the beach or bike rides to the cute local store with all the things you need for a fun stay. I wouldn’t change a thing. We will definitely be back to stay in this home.

We enjoyed our second stay at Neskowin House even more than the first. A family reunion of 14 filled the house with room to spare. Bedrooms and bathrooms aplenty and the dining table had seating for all of us. We made good use of the bikes, kites and beach toys. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with every possible utensil, bakeware, dishes, glasses and other accessories. The convenient laundry room was kept busy with 6 grandchildren’s wet beachwear. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing home on the beach!!! The location is PERFECT as is the house for a multi-generational family trip. The community of Neskowin is welcoming and friendly! We will definitely be back!!

One of the best vacation houses we've stayed at. Our group had plenty of room. Minor wear and tear issues to be expected with rentals, (loose doorknobs, bathroom locks, window closures, etc.). Location and size of house exceeded our expectations. House is very well stocked with amenities, towels, and lots of beach accessories. Driveway can comfortably fit 6 SUVs, more with smaller vehicles. Has an extra fridge in the garage, which was great as kitchen fridge was having issues, but nothing that we couldn't deal with. Bedrooms with twin bunkbeds are on the smaller side. Remaining bedrooms are all a good size. Plenty of seating area for dining and hanging out. We will definitely be coming back to this house, it was our favorite from all the houses we've done in the past.

This home is nicer than even the pictures. I was quite pleasantly surprised. With all the room everyone had there own space. Views galore. Every window had a amazing view. Would love to come back. Thank you to our very gracious host.

I believe this is the 8th or 9th time my book club has rented Sarah's home for our annual Beach getaway. It is a lovely space to accommodate many people with each of us able to have our own bedrooms. It is right on the beach with a lot of privacy and an extensive view of the surf.

My family keeps coming back! The home is amazing! Can’t get a better view. We enjoy it so much.

Will summarize our review of property to the host.

First of all when we got there, we could not get into the box key entry. The code they gave us or my inability was unable to enter into the house. We were able to actually get in through the garage door because it had a keypad that took our code And then upon leaving because I had no key nor could I use the key in the box I had to push the garage door button,run through the garage and actually step over the sensor to leave so the garage door is shut and we can get out also the phone numbers to call there was no option to get immediate help with out leaving a message. Very frustrating

Loved our stay at the Neskowin house! The property had everything we needed. Loved the large gathering areas- dining and living rooms for a a large group. Accommodated three families very comfortably and the views of the ocean are incredible!

The house is perfect for our friends group who have gathered annually for 20 plus years. This was our second year in Neskowin and we hope to return next year. The location is unbeatable!!! The house is so comfortable and the view!! Awesome

You can't beat the space, view and access to the beach! However, there are some issues within the house that needs directing. Several outlets do not work. The oven and barbecue are in need of a serious cleaning. The shades need to be replaced. There were limited amount of towels. Noted a little sand on the floor upon arriving as well as a cobweb or two. Need non slip strips in the tubs. In spite of it all we had a great time....walks on the beach, kite flying, puzzles, movies, sports games and lots of food sharing.

Second time to stay here as it fits our needs perfectly. Almost hate to tell people about it. Three ensuite rooms upstairs with great views plus four downstairs with Jack and Jill bathroom set up is fantastic. Beautiful view and access to the beach. Well stocked kitchen and enough seats for all at the dining table(s.)

We have rented this house for the last two Februarys. It suits our family well. We had 10 adults and 5 children and still had a bedroom that wasn’t used. Easy beach access. Large common area with smaller areas set up in it.

We have stayed here three times, all around Christmas time. Lots of room to spread out, watch ball games, watch movies do puzzles all at the same time. Perfect for our family. This year they added a fridge in the garage which was very nice. Also many spots to be by yourself.. and the beach is right there.

This was our second time renting this beach house for a family getaway. It is perfect with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The kitchen is well-equipped and we love the two eating areas. The younger ones enjoyed the separate space upstairs for playing games and watching videos. This house wows with an amazing view and easy access to the beach!

This is best view of the ocean ever!!! We have stayed in a lot of beachfront houses.

House was great for our group of 7 women crafters/quilters. Kitchen is large with all the basic supplies provided including wraps and foil - which was really appreciated. The two dining tables were perfect for our set up of 8 sewing machines (4 on each side), and there was enough space to set up other small work spaces for ironing etc. The 3 en-suites upstairs are large with beautiful views, the one queen room on the end on the main floor also has a view. The 2 rooms with bunk beds are VERY small -- if you are planning to put adults in those rooms be aware that not only are they twin beds, but the rooms are very small and dark (the bunk beds block the windows that are there), and there is no view of anything from those rooms. Overall house was amazing and everyone wants to return. The beach access is literally out the side door. The house was very clean, well stocked with linens, blankets and super welcoming with fun art. The movie room/sitting area upstairs was perfect for quiet morning coffee and the fireplace gave great ambience.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on the coast. We love the great location on the beach, easy access and beautiful scenery. One challenge we did have this year was a broken large oven...this was not communicated until the morning of our stay and was impactful for a large group (14) who cooks all our meals and had already planned and purchased all the ingredients. The host did provide a small countertop appliance that may work for some groups, but not really for ours. Hoping this is remedied quickly! If the oven is fixed, this is honestly the PERFECT beach house and I would recommend it to anyone!

Loved the stay I don't think you will find a house that is this close to the beach. I have stay along the Oregon coast & have never been this closed to the beach. The greatgrand kids loved it

No working oven all weekend!! After several hours they brought us a very small counter top oven/air fryer. Our planned meals for the weekend did NOT fit! Very disappointed as this was our 2nd girls trip @ this location 😪 We need to be reimbursed for the food we weren't able to use!! I will be writing an extensive review as well.

This property is perfect for our large group. Bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and right on the beach. House is well stocked and lots of parking.

Watching the surf and sunset from the huge picture windows was great. Great beach, found many sand dollars and some tiny sea shells.

We loved staying at this property! Checkin was very easy. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the house has everything you need. The amount of space is so wonderful, we had 10 adults and 5 kids and nobody felt cramped or had to wait for the bathroom. Everyone said they wanted to come back, or wished we could stay longer.
