Stayed Jul 19, 2025Could be a wonderful house but hasn't been taken care of. Location is great. Website did not clearly indicate the 83 steps from the house to the lake. Loved the association beach and amenities.

Stayed May 25, 2025House was in great location on the lake with nice view. Missing many essential amenities like disgusting frying pans,no normal sized coffee maker, no propane in gas grill, no toaster, tiny table on deck with broken chairs all things needed for a group holiday. Felt like Vacasa was lazy prepping this house / cutting corners.

Stayed Dec 31, 19696 Lloyd road Wolfeboro is a home with great potential, with beautiful views, a fabulous deck ( that needs a little spruce up) but always had sunshine on it , which was amazing!!! The association beach was always clean and the families were very friendly and helpful with suggestions around Wolfeboro. On the whole we had a wonderful time and the Vacasa team was very responsive & friendly to any of our needs -thank-you-

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Our stay was enjoyable; ample bathrooms, spacious living space, and comfortable beds for all. Our favorite place to hang out was the wrap-around deck where you could find shade for most of the day while enjoying the lake views and sounds. There were a few hiccups: no mention of the 70 stairs needed to climb to get down to the Lake, no mention of an Association Beach/property that we were welcome to use, no firepit (as mentioned in the property description), and no Guest Manual that could have helped us with the operation of ceiling fans and AC. I'm not likely to use Vacasa again as they are clearly a management company that is not personally familiar with the specific property.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024House is great - it's just that you had to take 83 stairs down and back, to get to the lake. We had 5 kids under 7 with us. That would have been good to know. The pictures on the website were misleading. They implied that the kake was much closer. We received an email that stated that we needed to get a seasonal fire pit permit if we wanted to have a fire in the firepit. So we did, bought s'mores and.....no fire pit! Also, the listing states fireplace and there's a big sign in the fireplace NOT FOR GUEST USE. Enclosed yard is a small fenced in area that was terribly overgrown - I wouldn't want my dog to play in it, never mind my grandkids. When we arrived, bears had gotten into trash from the previous occupants. We called to let the managers know. My husband picked it up. It happened 2 more times and (we followed all instructions for trash desposal) and we let the management know again and all we got were emails saying they would send someone. They never did. Bathrooms were great tho my daughter said there was hair in her downstairs shower drain. House was great, tho. Beds and linens very comfortable. Could use more deck furniture - just a patio dining table with 3 chairs and one was broken ( for a house with 4 bedrooms.) I've never left a bad review on VRBO. but I wanted the new owners to know about these issues, especially with the management company.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024For the first 28 hours of our stay at this house, we have absolutely no hot water. Much of this time was spent calling Vacasa and pleading with them to do something about it. This is how Vacasa's operating model works. You call an office in Seattle, WA and describe you issue. That office then calls a local problem solver, of which they have 2 for the entire state of NH. If that person does not answer or return their calls, the entire system grinds to a halt. They refused to try and call a local HVAC specialist (this was a boiler issue), even going as far as to ask me to troubleshot and fix it. We just had to wait, unable to shower and having to cancel our plans to explore the area. Eventually, they were able to get to their local fixer, who informed me they would be making this right. They solved the issue, but I was never offered any reimbursement for our time spent with no hot water. This property is nice, perhaps cleaning could have been a little better. But unless they change to a local management system, I would avoid this at all costs. You're really rolling the dice when you book with Vacasa.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great stay over the holiday week at Lakeside Lullaby. The view is amazing and the property is so close to the lake. We loved being a few minutes drive from downtown Wolfeboro as well.
