Just 40 minutes by car from the airport, this luxury country house, newly built in 2018, offers first-class holiday comfort. The natural stone villa is surrounded by a spacious outdoor area that will elicit many happy oohs and aahs on arrival. There is plenty of space for the vehicles of all villa guests in the gravelled car park. As you walk past the houseon the right, you will hear the first Ah: at the sight of a beautiful carob tree. Under its shade, an outdoor kitchen with a modern barbecue and solid wooden table invites you to enjoy cosy dinners. Continue to the impressive pool area. Surrounded by a wide lawn and a tiled veranda, you can swim a few refreshing lengths here and indulge in some exuberant swimming fun. You can then relax and unwind on comfortable sun loungers. There are two more Ohs in the form of the neighbouring beach volleyball court and a boccia court where you can throw a ball or two.



The interior of this special residence is equally impressive. The 289 m² of living space and two exclusively furnished levels can easily accommodate up to 8 people, allowing them to leave everyday life behind them on a well-deserved holiday. The many large windows allow plenty of light into the island. Together with the brightly painted walls and ceilings, this gives all the rooms a pleasant clarity. Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cosy warmth on cooler days. The ground floor welcomes guests with an extended, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Inviting and exquisite sofa elements, a fireplace, an elegant dining area and the ultra-modern kitchen with free-standing cooking island are just some of the highlights of this first level. A barrier-free bedroom is also located on the ground floor, while three more can be found on the upper floor. All bedrooms have a TV, their own bathroom and access to the terrace. The icing on the cake is the master bedroom on the upper floor with a free-standing king-size bed (2.10 x 1.80 m), a walk-in wardrobe and a fantastically large bathroom (including bathtub and separate shower). as a sauna with a large window from which you have a fabulous view.



The villa is located just over 2 km south of Felanitx. Along the Ma-14, which can be heard in the distance depending on the wind, you can reach the relaxed village by car in just a few minutes. You can also reach Felanitx on foot along Carrer de Santanyí in around half an hour. A visit to the colourful weekly market every Sunday is always worthwhile. There is also plenty to see in the surrounding area. Just a few kilometres to the east you will come across the Puig de Sant Salvador with the monastery of the same name. The southernmost point of the island, Cap de Ses Salines, is around half an hour's drive away. From here, two beautiful hiking trails lead to the fantastic beaches of Cala Marmols (approx. two hours there and back) and Es Caragol (approx. one hour), which can only be reached on foot or by boat. The island's capital Palma with its numerous highlights is around an hour's drive away. The trip to the large bays in the north of Mallorca takes about the same amount of time, so adventurous holidaymakers can easily explore the entire island from Villa Viduleto. The ultra-modern Villa Viduleto offers pure luxury in a rural location just over 2 kilometres south of Felanitx. In the friendly small town, you will find everything you need to live in the villa: supermarket, bakery, bank, pharmacy, restaurants. Cala Murada and other beautiful bays on the south-east coast are around 20 minutes away by hire car. The kilometre-long Es Trenc beach with its Caribbean flair is not much further away and is a worthwhile alternative.
