Bozeman, Montana
Kick back and relax in our "MONTANA CHIC" Barn!
Our original horse barn is/was wonderful! We just decided to "Gentrify" it, as my h says. It was built by the original owners with great quality and attention to detail. There were 4 indoor stalls and 4 covered exterior stalls. We turned the 4 interior stalls into 2 Master suites with king size beds. The tack room is now our kitchen which we opened up to the main hall. The beams are over 100 years old. We have kept the original barn floors, and have added stained, heated concrete floors in the bedrooms. The upper original hay loft is accessed by a custom spiral staircase and also another stairway off of the added deck which is open to the covered stalls. We have also added a small deck on the front of the Barn to take in the views of the Bridger Mtns., whether it be in the sunrise mornings with your cup of coffee, or in the evening enjoying the sunsets with your glass of wine.
The open common area of the loft features a Murphy Bed, Daybed, Sofa/sleeper, Shuffleboard, TV and bar area.
The covered outdoor exterior barn stalls are accessed by means of a garage door, which opens up, making the indoor and outdoor living space truly special and unique!
The Barn will sleep 8 people.
You will not want for anything when staying at our Barn at Heritage Ranch!
We are located 10 minutes from the airport and also to downtown Bozeman. There are fabulous restaurants, shopping, arts, hiking, fly-fishing-horseback riding-skiing at Bridger Bowl (15 miles) and Big Sky (50 miles), and Yellowstone National Park. It is a perfect place for any time of the year.
There is a reason Montana is called Big Sky Country-come and take it all in!
Our property is 45 acres. We have a cpl ponds and a creek. We also have a Lodge and a Cabin. By summer 2022 we will have 12 amazing Glamping Tents available.
Perfect for gatherings or retreats!
We also have a Lodge (7500915) and Cabin (7500933) on our property for you to view and/or stay in.
What an amazing location – the views go on forever which is getting harder to find in Bozeman. The barn itself is so wonderful, spacious yet cozy at the same time. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and found the kitchen more than up to the task - beautifully stocked. Beds were very comfortable as was seating in the living room. Bathrooms are lovely. It was a bit chilly for our visit but we look forward to enjoying the outdoor space, decks etc on another visit. And having DirecTV was great to be able to watch Thanksgiving football. Dianna was so helpful and made sure that we were familiar with all the appliances etc. Just an incredibly lovely stay.
The entire family wanted to bring our son back to MSU this fall for his senior year. We love Bozeman and saw this “barn” on vrbo. The pictures made it look amazing—but let me say—the pictures don’t do it justice. It was AMAZING. Truly felt Montana to us. Bill and Dianna could not have been better hosts. Everything was perfect down to the last detail. We had 4 kids with us ages 17-22—some are definitely “city” kids. They LOVED it. There is no way to put a price on the quality family time—bonfires, lots of card playing—NUMEROUS pics taken by the kids, ice cream for dinner and being greeted daily by Spud the yellow lab—made for a trip of a lifetime. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some true Montana peace and quiet ❤️
The renovated horse barn was wonderful and our hosts were extremely accommodating. The views from the property are remarkable and it is such a cool space to stay in. One thing to know is that there is a second rental house on the property just 30 feet away which had guests in it while we were there. There are also some glamping tents a bit further away.
We were most pleased with the property. May we propose that the owner consider installing black out shades/curtains in the bedrooms.
Great property and great host!
