Stayed Mar 14, 2025Bad Neighborhood, insufficient parking, one duplex 27, had very dirty bed sheets and hair on 3 of the 4 beds. Washer and dryers did not work efficiently or effectively in either Duplex. Hot Tub which was one of the main reasons that we booked this property was not functioning at all!

Stayed Jul 30, 2024A large group of us came up to stay for a soccer game and stayed on both properties and for the most part really loved our stay. Upon arrival it was extremely easy to check in and park. The property was mostly clean inside - kitchen and public areas were spotless. Upstairs on the rooftop there were 2 hotubs that were also clean and working great, however the furniture was pretty grimy and kind of unusable but no big deal. I also noticed that almost everyone one in the house had a bed that squeaked pretty bad. Like with every movement. Then there was just a few things missing and broken (missing artwork, broken toilet seats) and the bunk beds are NOT adult size so figure that in while planning. Nothing that negatively affected my stay but worth pointing out. Love Philly and would probably book again!

Stayed May 3, 2024This property was perfect for our family of 15. We came to Philly for my daughter’s medical school graduation and it was exactly as detailed and shown. It was clean, modern, had necessary items and the owner communicated very well. I would definitely recommend this property and/or rent again if back in the area.
