This bright family duplex is located just one block from the Bimini Bay inlets and is a five-minute walk from beach access, making it the perfect place to spend a sunny vacation with the people you love! This home configuration is a combination of two suites, each with its own kitchen, so it's an ideal situation for extended families and groups of friends. The 21 Palms Unit A living space enjoys fun and beachy décor, lots of comfortable furniture, and plenty of natural light. The living room features a TV and a small, private library. Next to the library, the kitchen's breakfast bar doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. The living room also includes access to the private lanai furnished with plenty of comfy seating, the ideal place to enjoy a favorite novel while waking up with your morning coffee. The full kitchen will make every meal a joy to prepare, with stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator, ample counter space, and attractive wood cabinetry and accents.

The adjoining suite is a one-bedroom space with a well-dressed living room furnished with a TV, comfy furniture, and a ceiling fan to keep everything cool. You'll also find a small, open kitchen boasting a french-door refrigerator, a breakfast bar, and even a dishwasher to make cleanup a snap.

All told, when it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed and uniquely-decorated bedrooms to take advantage of, one with access to both the furnished patio and the lanai on opposite ends, another with an en suite bath, and the third with access to an outdoor dining space with the nearby tennis court just beyond. When you're not splashing around down at the beach, use one of the home's two gas grills to host a delightful family barbecue while the kids romp around the yard with the family dogs.

This duplex offers numerous accessibility-friendly amenities such as step-free access, a flat path to the front door, and wide doorways, so every family member can enjoy their stay comfortably. You'll have beach access just a short walk away and this home provides beach towels and an umbrella, so be sure to pack extra sunscreen because you're about to have a vacation loaded with sun and sand! Anna Maria Island is less than three miles south with galleries, beautiful beaches, shopping, and delicious food to explore.

    5 minutes walk to the beach. Close to some stores and ice cream shop. I liked the duplex style of the unit with cute beachy decorations.

    I loved the location and the floor plan. But the master bedroom blinds facing the street wouldn’t close. And two of my kids got bug bites when they were in their beds!

    We loved staying at this very charming 1950s era beach cottage. And with some new curtains and a few minor upgrades it would be perfect. There’s construction across the street which is unfortunate, but when it’s done, the quiet location with lovely privacy landscaping, and proximity to hoppin’ Pine Ave is wonderful. We would stay here again.
