Stayed Sep 20, 2025This house was fabulous. Everything we expected and more. The host was exceptionally friendly and always available when needed. I loved how they set you up for a great stay. From having plenty of everything to extras. Including dish soap, garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher pods to extra blankets and beach and bath towels and even plug in fans. They really thought about everything. They even have everything you need for the littles and babies. With this house you literally only need to bring your family and clothes. What a great experience. We will definitely be coming back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a fantastic villa! We have stayed in several different villas in the area and this is by far the best. The property is huge and very spacious, it was immaculate when we arrived and the 'fixtures and fittings' are of a high standard. The view from the pool deck is breath-taking and although it looks out over the lake it felt secluded and private. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and answered any queries very quickly, as did the management company. We are returning to Florida next year and this villa is definitely our choice to return to. Our only complaint is that we can't move in permanently! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Oh what a house. Plenty of space beatifully decorated. If any one wants to stay in the privacy and comfort of your own house this is it. Great pool and hot tub, quiet neighborhood. I have a feeling I will rent this house again unless I decide I am going to buy house here. Love this area. MIcheal the owner is a great person to with. He made the transaction smooth as silk. Thanks Micheal for a GREAT week.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Yes, we were here again. Why? From out of the master bedroom you see the pool, two lakes and the birds in the morning sun. Via the sliding door you are on the pool deck. Stepping in the pool you will have the sensation of really warm water. Slow swimming in that pool is fantastic. Try the spa as well: hot! Than you are ready for breakfast in the cozy nook. Everything is OK in this house; we were there again for a fortnight. And when you have a problem, then contact the property manager Phil. Very friendly and he helps. We had again a wonderful stay. A fine and spacious home! We hope to be there in Jan. 2013 Nettie en Kees Netherlands

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Dear Marguerite & Michael , this is the evening before D Day: Departure Day. We are writing this with sad feelings. We were happy to be in this villa between your belongings. The tasteful colours blue and white; the lighthouses and the tiny boats; the pool and the deck; the perfect beds. Everything was more than we expected from the description of property 164435 at HomeAway site. And more: it was all very clean, complete and well maintained. And all those flowers and green plants (Disney-style). We missed nothing. We are satisfied and sad to leave this little paradise. Saying bye-bye.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our first experience renting a home in Orlando for a vacation. It was wonderful! The house was in perfect distance to Disney, Sea World and Universal. Shopping centers were very close . The home was very clean and neat. The home is large and spacious. We payed for pool heat, which thank goodness we did, the temp. that week was in the 50's! The pool was at least 80 degrees everyday. We did keep the solar cover on which helped with that. I would highly recommend this house.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were now the second time in Kissimmee and we liked it in the house very well. The distance to the Disney attractions is 10 min. After a busy day in the park, it was always very relaxing to spend even one round in the pool. The lakeside location is very nice and we enjoyed the many birds seen. The highlight of each evening was to sit on the terrace and watch the fireworks from Disney. The house is very attractively decorated and is available to spend anything to make a nice holiday. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean residential area very much. Many thanks again to Michael, who helped us when booking a lot. We will spend in the house again safe holiday.
