A good place with it's pros and cons. Pros: Check in was great. Communication with Peter was great. House had plenty of rooms to fit large groups. Beds were comfy. Large kitchen. Plenty of things to keep kids busy (video games, pool, theater rooms, etc). Cons: Neighborhood seemed a little shady but never had any issues. Outside looked run down. With how much it costs to rent you'd think they could fix it up a bit. Gas stove didn't work without lighting with a match every time. Main living room TV didn't work. Both were reported but didn't get fixed. Some lights didn't work in the house. Finding the right light switch to turn lights on was a puzzle. Suggest labeling each one. Listing stated heated pool but doesn't state it's extra . Was charged 150 per day for heated pool. House was not clean...dirty floors, dirty tables, shower heads covered in lime scale. It wasn't a terrible place for a long weekend but for the price it costs to stay, expected a cleaner place with working items.

Our stay was amazing. The house was big with plenty of beds for a 12 man. Golf trip would definitely stay again communicating with Peter was a pleasure.
