Stayed Dec 31, 2025The house and yard was spotless. The owners were extremely welcoming and the location was perfect. The home is very close to several of the best trails in Sedona. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 22, 2025The front door entry was covered with spider webs, the back deck furniture was very old and worn and not at all comfortable nor inviting. It was like it had not been cleaned or used in months. We did not spend much time in the backyard or deck because it was so yucky and uncomfortable. Overall the house was overcrowded with a lot of furniture but the towels in the bathroom were the best we have ever had.
