    Kristin was a wonderful host and the property was absolutely perfect! We had a group of 6 and everyone was accommodated extremely comfortably. The location is perfect with lots to do within walking distance or a short drive to Broadway. We will definitely stay again!

    We had the pleasure of staying here for a few months through the holiday season. It was fantastic all around. The home is modern and comfortable. Spacious and complete. Our host Kristin was great with anything we needed. A terrific host and property.

    The house was beautiful and the beds were perfect for our group. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it really was not walking distance to anything. It was about 1.5 miles to gulch and 12 south so technically walkable but not in heels. Great news is it was a short ride everywhere and their were always cars available. Would stay here again.
