Amazing 1 Bedroom Cottage in Seaside Sleeps 4 + 2 Adult Bikes

Our family of four loved our cottage! Very clean, and felt brand new.

House was spotless. Communication with host was excellent. Location was ideal.

The house was very clean and welcoming. My only advice would be to find a way to get a shower curtain to avoid water getting out of the shower.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Location, short walk to private beach, private drive parking, adult and family pool.Cons: For the price point, I felt that these things that could have been improved: The restaurants in the area are overpriced, so we decided that we would cook some of our meals. The house listing is for 4 ppl, but there was only one set of silverware (4 of each utensil) and some dish and cup sets had less than 4 (prior breakage?) which meant we had to do dishes frequently. There was a grill but we had to request a grill brush and tools to use the grill because the were not supplied. The small fridge and freezer limited ability to cook meals. The flooring and carpet were worn, kitchen faucet handle worked intermittently / was temperamental. There were also stains on the slip covers for the furniture, and the doors were dirty along the side where people had touched instead of using the handles. This gave the impression that the cleaning service is doing a superficial cleaning.

Nice large kitchen and comfortable bed. “Adult Pool” was not at all adult, but beautifully surrounded by trees. To say that Seaside was packed is an understatement. Seaside is like a nice summer camp city for adults and lots and lots of kids. Loved the pool bag and towels that were given to us at check in. The staff was very attentive.

We have visited many times before, but this was our first experience renting through the Homeowner’s Collection. We loved it! Communication both before and during our trip was seamless. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the one very minor issue we had was taken care of quickly with just a couple of text messages. We will be back!

My daughter and I stayed here. It was perfect. Bed very comfortable with great pillows and bedding. The house is located close to the pools and work out facility, but also an easy walk to the shops and ocean.
