Beautiful property very peaceful.
very warm, inviting, and comfortable and love the layout. Love the spirit of the place!
My husband and I decided we wanted a little weekend getaway in the mountains. The house was perfect for us. Everything worked as noted in the instructions and Dennis checked in on us the first night to be sure all was good. Highly recommend!
It’s a perfect location for hikers.
The property was great for our family. Quiet area, great house setup, and a little wildlife to watch. I gave it 4 stars because the bed in the master bedroom is a memory foam mattress that is extra extra firm. It is literally like sleeping on a rock. The kitchen does not have a colander, so if you plan on cooking pasta, bring your own.
Excellent and warming. Property manager checked in as soon as we arrived. Keyless entry. Lots of animals for the kids to enjoy!!
The cabin is tucked away on a quiet, minimally traveled, gravel road & borders a national forest. Deer would visit outside the kitchen windows in the morning. The inside living space is very cozy & comfortable. The kitchen was advertised as a “fully-equipped”. However, for a family that cooks meals daily at home it lacked measuring spoons, large boiling pot, sharpened kitchen knives, and a third trash bag. Overall, the kitchen was spacious & had excellent outside access for loading & unloading a car. We would recommend this cabin to families looking for quiet, quality time together.
Nice, quiet property. Despite being pictured, clothes washer / dryer is NOT for guest use.
We (four adults) enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The views were great. Walking on the road gave us additional sights to see. In the cool mornings, we liked sitting in the deck area. The hammock and swing were an added pleasure while watching the hummingbirds come for a drink from the feeder. The cabin furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was furnished with just what we needed to fix meals, etc. We were blessed several times with wild brown horses coming by the cabin for a visit. The guest contact was helpful and friendly.
Everything was just as advertised and our visit was wonderful. The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The front porch is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the hammock and swing. We loved backing up to the national forest and enjoyed many deer and elk in our yard and wild horses in the neighborhood. Although you have neighbors to each side, you are totally unaware of them because of the trees. Sitting on the front porch, you only see nature…beautiful large, moss covered rocks and pine trees. Very peaceful! Close to town and generally a fabulous choice for our family who enjoys short visits to town and lots of time on the porch. We will be back for sure!
