Alto Grand View | Large Balconies + Mtn Views

Entire place was super clean. The views were really nice. Rooms were really spacious. Really nice place. Will definitely be coming back. Everthing you need is there. Very nice place

The home is very nice, with beautiful views of the mountains. We had several issues upon arrival that I will say, the property manager group jumped on very quickly. Several light bulbs were out; the downstairs bedroom on the west side, along with the extra room that has been converted into a bedroom were great except that there was no window coverings to block out the sunlight if needed. We had small children that stayed in both bedrooms and really wanted the window coverings for nap time and also for when the sun rose in the morning not to wake them up too early. The property manager had people come and hang coverings the second day so we greatly appreciated that. The only reason that I gave this home a good rating instead of excellent is because it seems that these things could have been seen and taken care of before guests come, especially the entryway light flashing off and on constantly the minute you turn the light switch on. Also no lightbulbs in the staircase light and then a couple of lamps downstairs with no bulbs.Again, it’s a beautiful home, especially loved the big open room for all the family to gather with plenty of space! Thank you again to the property managers for being so agreeable and helpful very quickly. I would stay there again!

The home was just as described and the view awesome!We are familiar with Alto and loved the location. This was our first VRBO and set the bar very high for any future visits of which we will probably try to stay at Alto Grand View if at all possible. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home with beautiful views. Great location, safe neighborhood and easy drive into town. Will definitely stay here again. Good communication with the property manager. Never heard back from the owner. We would have appreciated heavier blankets for the beds. One of the reviews mentioned no window coverings in one bedroom and the room with twin beds. We assumed that had been corrected but the windows still have no coverings. All the premier homes we’ve rented have been well stocked with supplies. The bathroom off of the kitchen had no soap. The other sinks had tiny soaps without soap trays. We were surprised that these details had been ignored since it has a premier host rating. Again, it’s a beautiful home with stunning views. Next time we will bring our own supplies or hopefully the small details will be corrected. But the lack of window coverings should be addressed because the house is located in a neighborhood.

Patio door didn’t work properly, no trash bags other than one, no vinegar for dishwasher even though instructions called for it, billed as a four-bedroom even though one has beds but is not a “bedroom”. This property is good, not great.

Great house and location, may have trouble with driveway in icy/snowy condition without 4x4

This beautiful property is everything it is advertised to be. We have stayed at several other properties in the area, and this one will be on repeat!

Everything was perfect, beautiful house gorgeous views! And sooo quiet and relaxing. You won't be disappointed.

The views and location makes this prosperity amazing but the house itself needs some TLC. Downstairs toilets are very old, no coverings on bedroom windows and patio doors Downstairs The home was not fully stocked... only one trashbag, only one roll of p. Towels, etc. But did have kitchen supplies like plates, pans, utensils, etc. Downstairs thermostat not working correctly. But the home looked beautiful inside and out and location is amazing. Just needs more attention. trash bags,
