Stayed Jul 24, 2025We enjoyed our stay at the height of Mesa’s hot summer. The pool was an excellent relief. The kitchen had everything you need. We took advantage of the charcoal barbecue and grilled some excellent steaks. Our dog enjoyed the large, fenced in back yard. The only downside was the neighbour behind the property doing renovations all week in their backyard. 6 straight days of jack hammering, which started at 6am everyday (including Sunday) was annoying. Definitely not the owners fault, and would not stop us from booking this property again in the future!

Stayed May 1, 2025Vickie (Host) was great to work with. Easy communication. House was clean and in a good location with close access to stores, etc. Will definitely be renting on our next visit.

Stayed Nov 2, 2024Pros:Located in a nice, safe and quiet area. Good size green space across street, perfect for dogs to run. House is comfortable with good size master bedroom including modern en-suite and spacious walk-in closet. Plenty of seating throughout the house and separate dining room. The majority of the house is clean and there is no pet smell. Decent bedding and towels are provided. Backyard and pool area are clean, nicely landscaped and offer several seating and dining options. The gas BBQ is small, but works well. Nice to have a grassy area.Cons:Kitchen had not bee cleaned for quite some time. Fridge was filled with out of date condiments and needed to be cleaned before use. Some Lightbulbs inside the house and on the patio were burnt out. During our ten day stay we were unable to turn on Kitchen nook lights as well as dining room lights. Staying during a cold spell we could have used some heat in the house. Thermostat only provided setting for cooling, there might not be a furnace on site.We are thankful that the owner accommodated our furry companion. Considering the location and the overall state of the house, we would consider renting this place again.
