I would recommend this place for everybody. Love it ! Need to update bunk bed picture because doesn’t exist .Instead Quinn bed ( disappointment for kiddos) I love the access upstairs but super Narrow for someone who is XXL not recommended . Overall 10/10
The property was spacious enough for our large group and conveniently located to the activities we wanted to do
You cannot beat this location! Super cool little cabin in the woods with a private lake. Host was wonderful and very relaxed. The check out list was very short and doable. Highly recommend!
A cozy cabin in the woods - perfect for a weekend getaway. The cabin has a nice updated kitchen and living area. All you need for a weekend getaway. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The stairs to upstairs may be difficult for some to navigate - but otherwise a perfect retreat. Deer, moose, and birds can be seen on the property. Very nice. Good for couples or a small family. Good neighborhood to walk around. Scenic lake.
The cabin was definitely smaller than the listing seemed them to be- the spiral staircase was difficult to manage, especially carrying anything. Check in and check out were easy to follow. The cabin had about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were great, we loved sitting outside on the porch or around the fire and we saw multiple moose.
The location and size of the cabin was great! The stairs inside the cabin to get up to the bedroom were very narrow and difficult to get up and down with suitcases, our dogs could not go up and down them either. The cabin was also not very clean. We still had a great weekend though, and really enjoyed Grand Lake!
Great location, a very nice place.
We loved having this cabin as a home base! Plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. The claw foot tub was very nice to soak in after spending the day hiking in RMNP. We did figure out that the hot/cold were switched on the tub faucet. We didn’t get the chance to use the grill or fire pit area due to hail and rain our second day. On the short drive to Grand Lake we saw a moose! Overall it was a great vacation and would love to stay here again!
Great little cabin
Unmade beds, dirty towels everywhere and a dirty kitchen. Clean dishes but still in dishwasher. Called the property managers, Jeremy and Megan, three times and left messages. Never responded during our three day stay. So disappointed. Good location but that’s about it.
This was a good, not too expensive place for my friends and I as a base camp for our vacation. Beautiful views and a quiet area. And pet friendly!! Love that! Check in process was easy and the host was very communicative. I will say the cabin was very rustic from an interiors standpoint, definitely felt like a 'second home, family vacay' spot. Very 'well loved' and used. Kitchen was well equipped, though you may want to bring your own measuring cups if you plan to make pancakes, lol. Layout makes it a little difficult to use the fireplace, but it is awesome for warming up the space. Spiral staircase is narrow and a little difficult to navigate. Check out was easy and convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and really appreciate the hospitality.
Had a wonderful mountain getaway over the holidays. I appreciated Jeremy's quick response times to questions, the well stocked kitchen, and the sleds provided. The beds were also comfortable.
