Stayed Sep 17, 2025This place is better than described. Right in the middle of Black Butte. The kitchen was well supplied; everything we needed. The place was cleaner than any other rental home we have been in, and the host and property manager were very responsive. We were so impressed that we are planning to come back again next year. S & K

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were having a family reunion for my Dad’s 85th birthday. He has a place at Black Butte Ranch, and we needed more space for additional family. Alpine Beauty 24 was very close by and a prefect layout. One story was very important for our family. The kitchen is very well stocked, the deck huge, nice open concept space, two en suite bedrooms, and close to one of the pools. I would definitely recommend this house. Very well cared for, super clean and in great condition.

The kitchen appliances were great and the cabinets were stocked with quality dishes, glasses, cookware and eating utensils. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the ample space in closets. Having 3 bathrooms is a real plus. The sectional seating in the family room is comfortable. However, it would be nice to have an addition chair in the room particularly if someone is laying down on the sectional. Overall, this is an exceptionally clean home and a great place to stay. We will plan to come back.
