One window broken, cooling system, filters, dirty, one painting, had fallen off the wall dust and dirt on floor had to re-sweep before entering. Realty company repaired most of the issues by Thursday of our stay. Nice house over all.

Spacious home with good sized bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. Plenty of room for our party. Kitchen was small but there was a little fridge in basement too. Nice screened in porch and great view of the ocean. Good location on quiet part of the beach. House was filthy when we checked in, visible dirt and sand everywhere,hair in bathtubs, sticky substance all over kitchen cabinets, leaky kitchen sink with terrible odor underneath. Broken window and broken stairs going to basement. Understand the damage may have just happened and they hadn’t had time to repair yet, but the lack of cleaning was unacceptable. Rental company was supposed to send a crew out Sat night but nooone showed. We had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves so we could use the bathrooms. They did finally send someone out a couple days later but we had already cleaned by then . Sink was repaired mid week. House is fine but rental company is difficult to deal with. We have stayed in VRBOs all over the country and have never had an issue like this. We did ask that our first nights stay be refunded since we spent the whole night cleaning but that has not been done. When we requested a manager we were told that they don’t talk to clients until after the stay so they could evaluate the “whole week”. We checked out about three weeks ago and I’m still waiting for that call. House is fine but rental company is low class and would not rent from one of their properties again.

The property was great. You have to buy toiletries and clean, sweep and mop after being there. Loved how close to the beach the time is. Loved all the features of the home. Had to clear a drain in one bathroom to shower, but room was nice.

The house was perfectly located. Beautiful views, spacious bedrooms, huge garage. Unfortunately the property management group failed to ensure that the property was clean prior to arrival, and despite several calls, failed to remediate the situation. I would definitely stay here again, but would be prepared to clean on my own behalf. Overall it is a gorgeous house!
