Allatoona Lake House with Dock

Beautiful comfortable home. The yard was pristine with plenty of room for kids to play. Lots of comfortable beds. Plenty of things we needed... linens, kitchen stuff, seating. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch visiting with family.

This is a really well-maintained pretty place on a beautiful lake. We booked it for a baseball trip and really enjoyed having plenty of space for all the kids to sleep and run around in nature.

This property was great!! There were plenty of places to sleep, technically 6 rooms. The host was great with communication. We will be back!

Me and my family stayed here for our family vacation and it was a great stay. The home is beautiful and provides all you could need. The lake is stunning and the neighborhood is peaceful. I hightly recommend this if available.

We were a group of 6 traveling to Atlanta for a week-long sports event, and this property was ideal location, and size for us. Great communication from the Host from pre-arrival, to during the stay, and the day of check out. Very clean, well kept, beautiful appointed property. All the details and photos in the listing, is exactly what you get. The Property Rules book on Living Room TV stand, is very clear and easy to understand and follow. Great quality furniture, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding, multiple sonos speakers and TVs around the house serene and quiet neighborhood, and right on the lake, lots of parking, high speed wifi. We had bad weather 4 out of 6 days, so didn't get a chance to enjoy the lake, but it looked beautiful even during the storms.We had a wonderful stay, and 0 issues. Overall, we had a great experience! Beautiful area, about a 10 minute walk to the water, all the neighbors are super nice and there was plenty of space for everyone! My only complaint is the floors could’ve been a bit cleaner, we all had black feet after about an hour of being there. Easily solved with slippers or socks, and everything else was lovely!

We drove from South Florida to attend my nephew's wedding, and the house was perfect for 10 of us. Three separate seating/TV viewing areas, a covered front porch for reading, back deck with grill and smoker was perfect for entertaining and meals. The house is fully equipped with paper towels, zip lock bags, laundry detergent, grilling supplies, spices and olive oil. Owner very responsive and check-in was easy. Beds have top quality sheets and comforters and are super comfortable. . House is in a quiet location, but close to an Ingles (5 minutes). Most afternoons we walked to the lake for a swim off the dock, to fish (fishing poles provided) and feed the ducks and enjoy the sunset.Highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again, our extended family had an amazing time.

We loved our stay at John’s lake house—it was perfect for our family while we were in Dallas for a wedding. The house had plenty of space for five adults and four kids (ages 5–7), and the yard was great for the little ones to run around. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and getting to the lake was super easy. Communication with John was smooth from start to finish, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable—which isn’t always the case with rentals! We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Amazing home, perfect dock, easy and friendly hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything you might need and then some. We loved our time at the lake and the golf cart made access super easy. John was so responsive and helpful! Will stay again in the future!12 min to Lake point and you can avoid the highway made this a PERFECT option for baseball families!

Great location - walk to the lake, close to 75 and so many places and things to do. All we needed to bring was ourselves and food, everything else provided in abundance. Plenty of room in the house and a huge yard for the kids to run and play. Very safe and peaceful location. John's service was impeccable!

First let me say that the communication with John was excellent. Even before I booked the place he answered some questions I had and even sent me a detail booklet on the property. Next, the house was super clean down to baseboard and cupboards! The dock is super close but they even let us use their golf cart to get there and transport items. If you’re going on vacation to Allatoona, this is the place to be!

We were in town for baseball over Spring Break so we can not review the lake portion of the rental but the house is fantastic! From day one every question was responded to quickly. The house has so much room. The house is for 10 but it is not cramped at 10. Had everything we needed and more. Walmart also delivers to this address. If we come back for baseball next year we would for sure stay here again.

Great property. Super clean and had everything we needed. Not right on the water but super close and just a short walk to the dock. Dock was great. Lots of trails to walk. Super peaceful!!

We booked this stay within 24 hrs of arrival due to bad weather changing our family get together plans. Our host was excellent at communicating and helped make our weekend a success. It’s not easy finding a stay that is big enough to accommodate our group with the perfect combo of bedrooms and beds. The beds were super comfortable and the entire house has everything plus some that you could need! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful, spacious home, and a quiet neighborhood! Had everything we needed and Mr. John was so kind! The back sunroom was heaven and I spent most of my time out there!! Me and one of the other ladies with the group walked down to the lake one morning even though it was chilly out, it was a very quick and easy walk.

We had a family reunion and rented two houses but mostly spent our time at the other house which offered more kayaks to use. This house was very clean and a great place to stay but we wish that it had had a lake view. It would have been nice to have had soap, shampoo, etc... in the shower but thankfully we had some small ones in our luggage. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and it worked for the six of us who stayed there!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family reunion of 8 adults. Beautifully appointed and extremely well supplied and was so comfortable. The owner shared all the extras usually off limits to guests. The easily accessible dock and all its extras made it so enjoyable even for the 4 of us above 65.
