Stayed Sep 4, 2025The property was exactly as described. We had a connection problem with the WiFi and Mark was very quick in responding. He even called for a technician, but we were able to rectify the problem baffle the tech arrived. The check-in was very easy, the furniture and beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well set up. We had a great time and hope to be back again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Over all the place was nice. The property was nice but needs some work on the house structure and deck. For the most part, it was clean and neat. But there were holes and blood stains on my sheets and another bed had holes in the sheets. The pots and pans in the kitchen needed scrubbed hard to get them clean - they were really disgusting. The gas grill needed propane which I contacted the property manager and he got a new tank to us the next day. The grass was not mowed for weeks. On Wednesday, of our week stay, they mowed the grass. The property manager needs to spend some time on this place. But we will be back to Moosehead Lake - such a wonderful place!
