All In One Family Vacation Cottage at Ocean Lakes Family Campground

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a delightful gift basket on the table, brimming with an assortment of snacks and a bag of popcorn. To our delight, two cold bottles of water were also provided, a refreshing contrast to the scorching heat outside and the room temperature water we had with us. Additionally, we were given a comprehensive list of things to remember upon our departure, a binder filled with crucial information, and a spacious blue tote bag, perfect for collecting all our towels and sheets for checkout day. The house stayed cool all the time and it was probably the best thing about the trip. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this place and would definitely return. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find ice cubes ready for use.

We have enjoyed this cute little beach cottage multiple times. It has always been clean and has a cozy vibe. It is a quick walk to the beach and it has so many things to experience in season and off-season. The campground it is located in always has interesting and fun things going on throughout the year. Outside the gates of the campground, there are many things close by to enjoy, for shoppers, outdoorsman, and fun seeker alike. We loved the strong family vibes from this community. Amazing getaway for a couple or family!

This property was a great value to stay at Ocean Lakes! Property is close to all the recreational facilities and close to the beach. Owners of rental were easy to communicate with and great service provided.

Great cottage for an Adult & 2 kids! Convenient location not far from the pool complex. Welcoming front porch.

Oh what a wonderful time we had staying at this cute home! We love Ocean Lakes to begin with but staying at N20A made it even more enjoyable! The house is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The owners really go above and beyond making sure you have what you need. It was so nice not having to pack beach toys and chairs since they were supplied by the house. Our children were also big fans of the checkers game in the house and the infamous sleeper chairs in the living room. We had a small issue with the ac and Jessica was on it immediately and had someone out to fix it that same day. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and believe you would too! Great location, great house, great owners!

Great location... 5 minute walk to the beach... Fun for children and teens ... Felt very safe... Home was comfortable and well stocked... Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It is just a short walk to the beach and other amenities. The house was cozy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. My favorite part was the front porch. It was such an enjoyable spot to sit and relax. I would stay here again!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a few days and it was perfect for our family! Very good location within walking distance to everything if you don't want to bring a golf cart along with you. Had everything inside and out that we needed to cook, play at the beach, or relax at the house. Host was very responsive to any questions and very easy to work with. Would definitely book again in the future!

My overall impression of the property is pretty positive. The owners were very AWESOME & seemed to be very nice. They communicated very well & quickly. The house itself was comfortable, inviting, & spacious to a degree. Plenty of dishes & utensils available for use during your stay. Would be GREAT for family with more than a few kiddos(2 twin chair beds in LR, 2 twin bunks, & a queen bed...plus bonus blow up queen in closet for use if needed.) Mostly quiet & peaceful, noone bothered us & no loudness or rude behavior around.(that I was aware of) **minor thoughts on how to slightly improve the experience for future renters** ☆☆Golf cart would be a MAJOR PLUS=more potential renters☆☆(in my case esp.) 1. **Bunk bed room** Add a very small table beside bed(for charging phone, etc.). Also a small lamp(dollar tree) or a push light along side of sink or something to give out a little light other than the main light over the sink. Only b/c we had a 2 & 6 yr old we put to sleep in there & would be disturbing as we use toilet, brush teeth, etc. Again very minor but would help tremendously. 2. Bunk bed room....shower head I feel is too big & bulky for that smallish stand up shower which makes it kind of hard to get it into a position where it can be used to full effect. I feel as tho a smaller head maybe even with a hose extension to spray oneself off would do GREAT!! Just a suggestion, you can get by as is but just a little aggrevating/inconvenient(at least for me & I'm like 5'11).
