This is a beautiful cabin with so much room to play , cook and sleep! Our family had our Christmas gathering in this house and it was perfect! Outdoor activities, beautiful rooms with a bathroom in each room. The decorations were beautiful too! Overall this house is perfect for what we used it for. Would definitely like to visit again!

This property is amazing! My extended family goes away for a weekend together each fall and our kids range from 1 all the way to 17. There were activities for all of them, none of them got bored the entire weekend!! The pickle ball court and the big tent with the fire pit were huge hits! We have 4 families so each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was really nice to each have our own space. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance you could ever need and big enough that we weren't stepping over each other during meal prep. The hosts were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions we had. I have zero complaints and will definitely visit again!!

It was wonderful! The Shepherd Cabin was perfect for our family. We appreciated the large kitchen, eating space & so much nice seating in living area. The things for little ones was much appreciated. The pool was totally the kids favorite & much time was spent there. All the outside activities available were great. The lake being so close for those who wanted to go on the boat was nice, too. Our kids said they would definitely come back. Shan was a perfect host - checking on us & making sure we had everything we needed. We had a really fun time!!!

This property will make you feel like you hit the vacation rental jackpot. It is a mini resort with a beautiful pool, pickleball courts, basketball court, multiple fire pits and seating areas outside, as well as billiards and other game tables inside. The amenities are too numerous to mention and everything is in working order. We have stayed in properties around the world and, without a doubt, this is one of the absolute best. Our family of 13 meets every year at a lake lodge to reconnect and enjoy some outdoor fun time. The owners of this lodge have thought of everything. Our family ranges in age from 10 to 76 and not one of us was ever bored. Some of us were tired — but never bored. Thank you to the owners for your kindness and hospitality and for sharing your beautiful property!

This house has everything you need to enjoy time with friends and family! We especially loved the pickleball courts and teepee! The house is very spacious and clean. The host, Shan, was very personable and helpful! Would definitely recommend! 10/10 rating!

We stayed here for New Years with 5 families and 18 people and it was absolutely perfect. We had 8 teens/preteens with us and they spent the entire time outside playing with all the outdoor activities.The house itself is perfectly setup. It has everything you could possibly need. We will be booking again.

What was a little slice of heaven off Lake Texoma! We booked both houses for a girls weekend away to play pickleball and were so impressed with the whole experience! The house is so well organized, so clean and meticulous, and has everything you need. There is so much space inside with still room for seating, pool table, ping pong, and poker table. The backyard space with the multiple fire pits, lighted pickleball, and the wonderful seated teepee was beyond our expectations! The couple who owns it was so hospitable and answered all our questions and were just so wonderful to meet! The lake is an easy 5 minute walk! Highly recommend! We will be coming back!

There is nothing these owners didn’t think of . Spectacularly done! Plenty for our kids to do and they played their hearts out! Nothing negative about this place!!! If I could I would have to say I would give it a 20 plus rating!!!!!

Great place - just as presented in listing. Host was nearby and very helpful and friendly. Our family had no complaints about anything - only compliments. We loved our stay there.

Great house, comfortable everything. Beds, couches, recliners for napping, tables for eating. Hot days with kids running in and out all day and the A/C worked like a champ and never skipped a beat. Where I'm from that's very important. We rented both houses right next to each other with about 50 or so and never once felt crowded, or bathroom issues. Overall just a great experience. Will definitely be using again.
