All Decked Out - Spacious Home with Fabulous River Views

House was clean, and beautiful. everything worked as we had hoped. Fishing off the dock went very well, and we were able to store our boat against the dock. Plenty of room for everyone to stay, the listing doesnt really go over the arrangements so i'll break it down! Upstairs is the kitchen and living space, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a larger queen size bed, and then another room with 2 doubles. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. Downstairs is two bedrooms, one large with two bunk beds and a full size bed. One bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and a full size bathroom. This home offers plenty of deck space for lounging, casting and eating/cooking. Easy access to the boat dock/bait store. Only true recommendation is to bring food to cook from out of town.. Only 2/3 restaurants in town, DEFINITELY check out the coffee bar.

The writeup matched the property. The layout was a little confusing from the pics but outside of that it was exactly as it should have been. The property management team even added a green fishing light for us which was awesome.

We rented this house for a weekend getaway, and it was so peaceful. Everything was great, the kids loved fishing off the pier and the fact that it is pet friendly I didn't have to pay for a sitter for my mini-Ausie was wonderful! The ladies at topwater real estate were so great to work with and just a phone call away if I needed anything.

Great place for us to get away and do some fishing for the weekend. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep and 3 full bathrooms/showers to clean up afterwards. Hosts were very easy to work with and made sure we were taken care of for any needs. Looking at another date to book it again for another trip.

The place was great - I will definalty stay there again.

Our entire group was blown away with how amazing the space was. We can’t wait to book this location again. The house was big enough and very clean! We loved the little toys for kids. Best of all was the outdoor space and fishing.

We had a great stay. The accommodations were nice and met our needs. The owner was extremely helpful and kind when we needed something specific. The kitchen had pretty much most of what we needed and we were able to host dinner two nights for our big group of friends. Fishing was wonderful right off the back of the property. Our teens used the larger room downstairs. The only con I’d say is for the smaller bunk room with the bathroom downstairs. It’s concerning as the mold smell was overwhelming. I’d have concerns with my kids using that room. Thankfully we didn’t end up needing that space. All other parts of the house were used and up to very good standards. Thanks so much for the experience!

The house is great for a large group of people, plenty of room. Our questions were responded to quickly. Only downfall was a lot of flies in the downstairs bunk rooms.

Margot company is prompt and attentive. The house is very clean with plenty of space to hang out and sleep.perfect for large groups and families. It's well stocked and in a great location.

Enjoyed the house and location. Will revisit.
