The house was exactly as it was described. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great vacation! Second time staying at this house and it was perfect!

My wife and I stayed with our 2 adult children and spouses and 5 grand children ages 1 - 7. Each family had there own bedroom with full bath and the kids had there own bunk room. It was an easy 2 - 3 block walk to the beach. Had a minor leak on one of the toilets that was remedied within 30 minutes after reporting it.very nice house but lots of stairs as should be expected on a 3 story house. Very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for all 10 of us. Only a five minute walk to the beach. Lots of stairs go eat ice cream down the road and you will walk it off on the stairs. The outside shower was a life saver coming back from the beach with little ones.. there is a wagon and plenty of beach chairs to use. We had a great family vacation.

This rental is huge. Plenty of beds, stocked with everything that you might need and close to everything. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store.

Beautiful place, very well kept. Nice neighborhood, close to anything to do in PBC. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The location is excellent-very short walk to the beach and easily accessible to Pier Park and other activities. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. There is a ton of beach extras (chairs, wagon, etc.) that we were very pleased to see. Great setup for a family with teenagers-our boys loved having their own space. Don't pass this one up-one of the best homes we've stayed in (and we have about 15 years on the Emerald Coast!).

Most issued were communicated already. It serve it purpose.

Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a short 5 min walk to the beach we enjoyed sitting on the balcony early morning and evenings watching the palm trees and hearing the sounds of the ocean. The management team was fantastic and communicated with us throughout from booking up to our arrival. This property has everything you need to have a wonderful stay.

Amazing house and location. My kids (of all ages) enjoyed nightly walks to the rolled ice cream shop 1 block away. The beach access was easily accessible and close enough for spontaneous trips here and there when we could squeeze in a couple hours for downtime. I appreciated the availability of the host and their prompt attention to my concerns. Overall 5 stars!
