Alghero Sardinia -house with garden, wi-fi free, parking private

Daniela, the host it's a nice person, but the house was a bit cold since we went there in March and there is no central heating (only AC). The Internet didn't work in the house, only on the terrace and we booked especially the house for the Internet option since we needed to work from there. The garden it's great for children to play.

Very good week at Alghero in Daniela house. The house is correctly sized for 4 people, not more. Perfect location closed from alghero down Town and beach all around. Garden is nice for the children and a private car area available is confortable. Only minor negative point is the sp42 road closed of the location with trafic.

We had a very nice time in the House Coral. Everything was to our satisfaction and our children have felt very comfortable. Daniela was very reliable and helpful, we would come back at any time.

Our first visit to Sardinia was absolutely wonderful, and it all started with Daniela. I highly recommend Casa Sole, the house was clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen, very secure parking, the ideal base for our daily exploring trips. We LOVED it and will return here.

Spent 4 weeks here from the end of February to the middle of March 2010 with our 2 year old granddaughter for health reasons. The weather was much milder than in Germany at this time of the year so the climate was beneficial to all of us. House was clean and well maintained and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. However without a car it would have been most difficult with regards to shopping, sight-seeing in Alghero etc. Washing machine was availabe but very hard to get things dry especially the bed linen at this time of the year. The owners were always ready to solve any problems that arose so we had no difficulties there. Would recommend this for families with small children and elderly people who can drive around.

My wife, son (15), and me stayed here for two weeks. The website gives an accurate description, but not clearly pointing out that Sun and Coral are two separate houses close to each other, also with separate gardens. Everything was clean and well-maintained, the owners being friendly and helpful with support and both practical and touristic information. The kitchen has everything one needs for basic cooking, but not more. Also the general equipment of the house is simple, but complete and useful. The location is rural but very close (with a car, few km) to the airport, the city of Alghero, and several fantastic beaches of different characters. As we had several days with temperatures well over 40 degrees, we were happy about the air conditioning. During the nights it is not really quiet because of some barking dogs and the automatic watering of the gardens. We would recommend this place to anyone who likes a calm and nice place.

My wife and me enjoyed our staying in House Sun very much. It is a calm and peaceful place in the countryside with chicken in the neighboourhood. It is clean and the kitchen got everything you need. You can have a barbecue in the evening-sun, breakfast in the morning-sun or if you prefer shadow lunch on the veranda. To the beautiful old town of Alghero it's about 4 km, to the long beach in the dunes it's just 2,5 km and even to Sassari you just need 1/2 of an hour. Welike to thank again the owners of this home, Georgio & Daniela who are very friendly, charming persons. They took care of us even when we had some extra-wishes. We will come back as soon as possible !

This house is not a palace but a charming place for holidays out of concrete hotel bunkers. Not easy to find and only for tourists with a car. The house got a nice garden with many different trees and other plants. We enjoyed the friendly service of the house owners who were always ready to help. The house is placed in the suburbia of the historic town of Alghero where you can find good restaurants and pizzerias and from where you can reach by car many interesting places like Neptune´s Cave or the old silver mine of Argentiera. I guess that this place may be boring for teenagers and families with young children. The property was well-maintained and clean. There are two bedrooms and a kitchen with an oven. We enjoyed our stay and independence and I would recommend this house to everybody who does not expect a 5*-Apartment for a fair price.

With 3 friends I spent 8 days in this beautiful house. In the direct neigbourhood are only a few other houses and the garden is very nice. There are many fruit and olive trees. The house is afield of the city and you need a car (bike, scooter) for driving the short way to the beach and the city, because there is only a main road. 3km away is a very nice,long beach with white sand and the water is very clear. The whole island is very beautiful and the people in the city are nice. I recommend this house to families with/without children and to people who want to relax in a nice environment. But if you want to party, you have to come in the mainseason, because in Alghero there is not much nightlife. It was one of the best beachholidays in my life and next year I want to return. The family who rented the house to us was very nice and helpful. They gave us many informations what to visit and cared for us. Thanks a lot!
