This is a great property in the right location. Best value in Marco Island. Will certainly be back.

We had great communication with our host prior to and during our stay. We were made to feel welcome in the home. The location was outstanding-an easy walk of a couple blocks to the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return to the same home on a future trip to Marco Island.

House was lovely. The pool was nice; however, it was way too cold outside to enjoy it. Would recommend the house to any family.

This was our first time visiting Marco Island and Drew’s house is in a perfect location! We made the short walk to South beach each morning to search for shells and then spent the warmer afternoons in the heated pool. We walked back to the beach each evening to watch the spectacular sunsets.This house is one of the best equipped places we have stayed at, I would definitely stay there again. Drew was very easy to communicate with. We also very much appreciated being able to get in the house a bit early upon arrival.

We really enjoyed the week. House had many extra things for the beach. The pool was nice, plenty of room for family of 5.

The house was exactly as described. Very comfortable spacious home with everything provided including but not limited to beach gear with a cart and pool toys. Pool was a major highlight for our family. Host had very good regular communication. Highly recommend!

This was a great location within short walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The communication was great and the property description was accurate.

My husband and I stayed at this property for our first anniversary trip. The house was spacious with three bedrooms and lots of beds and sleeping space to choose from, including a pull out couch. It was very clean upon arrival, and Drew always responded to questions or concerns within a few hours even though he was traveling himself for work. We will definitely be booking here again if we are in the area!

House is in a great location and has a great pool. Property offers all beach and pool item you will need.

Quiet neighborhood. Clean roomy house. Tons of beach stuff in garage. Pool is nice break from ocean. Kitchen fully stocked. Quick communications from Drew. Only positive things to say !
