The upstairs level offers a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a large gas cooktop, electric oven, rangehood, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and cooking basics. There is also a 3rd toilet located off the dining area.

The dining area also located on the 1st Level, caters for up to 8 people. The large open living area offers both a modern and comfortable lounge suite, coffee table, large LCD TV with remote and DVD with remote. The upstairs level has reverse cycle heating and cooling. The flooring consists of quality floor tiles.

There is an abundance of natural light entering the upstairs kitchen, dining, living and alfresco areas via a vast array of windows that encompass the entire area.

The master bedroom also located on the 1st Level consists of a queen size bed and a large ensuite with shower, toilet, large vanity with dual basins, large walk-in robe.

The ground level has a spacious second lounge room consisting of a 6 seater couch, large LCD TV with remote, DVD with remote, and coffee table. From this room there is direct access to an undercover alfresco dining area.

There are also three bedrooms situated on the ground Level. The main bathroom has a separate shower, separate bath and toilet. The laundry consists of a top-loading washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and indoor/outdoor clothes airier. The ground level has reverse cycle heating and cooling.

The garage also offers a table tennis table for your enjoyment.

    Gorgeous location & views, however the house unfortunately needs it’s roof and box gutters replaced, & to be replastered & recarpeted as there’s water damage throughout and a very significant mould smell particularly downstairs to the point where we could not allow our children to sleep in one of the rooms due to the smell. The cleaner had not been between stays as when we arrived the floors, toilets, bench tops, sinks, oven, bbq and walls were very unclean. The split systems work, however central heater had been disconnected.

    The house is massive, really spacious for two families. The kitchen had everything but pretty basic, so if you need a coffee maker, good knife, chopping board or big bowls (for chips/salad) might be best to bring your own. There were a few downsides with the heating not reaching the bedrooms, the downstairs heating was woeful so we had to put the split system on. We felt the house wasn’t prepared for winter with thin blankets & we needed to use every spare doona. If we’d known we would have brought more with us. Otherwise we had a lovely relaxing time!

    We were 4 blokes down in Apollo Bay for the weekend. We did cook one night but found there were no sharp knives to use, limited wine glasses, the house was not as tidy as it should have been and there was no air conditioning upstairs where the heat was - one downstairs. Would not stay there again.

    Great location, have both mountain and sea view, spacious and all facilities are working fine. The plus point is that the staff are really friendly! Both at the office and the Brewhouse. Will come again.
