Stayed Jul 3, 2025The house is nice clean and I enjoyed the patio. The driveway is not a good place to pull a trailer into, so use the trailer parking down the hill. We were told before our trip the dishwasher was inoperable so we brought extra paper plates etc. . Upon arrival we were told the central air was out and there were two window ac units. I wish I was told ahead of time, as I’d bring an extra ac unit I own.

Stayed Jun 11, 2024This property has the best location with access to the lake right down the road. The house was perfect for our group of 7 with everything we needed- including excellent internet to keep the teenagers happy! Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, and even a few games to keep the kids entertained during our down time. The parking area was a big help too as we fit 3 cars, a boat and a jet ski without any issue. Highly recommended and we will be returning!

Stayed Jul 2, 2023Nicely decorated house conveniently located by an amazing lake. Everything was ready as promised. Views were beautiful and you must take a walk or drive behind house to see some breathtaking views of Dale Hollow. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The pictures don't do this place justice–it is one of the most serene and well-kept rentals I've stayed in! The house is convenient to Albany but far enough away that it's practically silent at night. The patio is incredible, we watched deer and chipmunks each morning. Bird watchers will also appreciate the birdsong and visitors. The house is very well stocked, we had everything we needed and more. It was very easy to communicate with the host. We were in town for my father's funeral so the comfortable stay meant a lot to us in a very emotional time in our lives. We would absolutely stay again in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It was beautiful and the perfect location. The owner of the property called me to make sure we got in and we didn't need anything. The layout and decorations and actually everything was so super cute. I absolutely loved it there and will definitely be renting again.
