Spacious house in the great location of Girdwood. Property should have had a much better cleaning especially with recent construction. We swept out the entire garage upon arrival to cut down on dust being tacked inti entry way. Under the beds had layers of dust mites and dirt. All floors were gritty. Also, for a luxury property better deck furniture should be provided.

A beautiful, modern property in great location that is a short 40-minute drive from the Anchorage airport and 1-1/2 hr from Seward and near the Alyeska ski resort. Spacious rooms with high ceilings, nice furniture and modern kitchen and amenities. Several good nearby restaurants. Sarah was great to work with and very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend this property for activities in the greater Anchorage and Seward areas.

Beautiful home, with comfy beds and furniture you want to snuggle in, but missing hand railing on the stairs, and I was left wondering how thoroughly the house was cleaned between guests.

This rental is as advertised and more. It was clean, well appointed and very spacious. It’s an amazing house and worked great for our extended family. I imagine it’s a fantastic place for ski season. Property owner was great to communicate with and helpful with restaurant suggestions.

The house was perfect with a great view. It fit our four different families perfectly and is situated with amazing trails near by and food options.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Girdwood over New Year’s! The place is spacious and comfortable for large groups to relax and enjoy meals together with plenty of beds and seating for a group of up to 15. We had nine of us plus a few of our teenagers friends that joined for a couple of nights and it was set up just right for our group! Close to the ski hill and everything you want to do in Girdwood! We would stay again.

The house is simply wonderful, cozy and modern, located in a perfect location, all the furniture is new, the house is fully equipped with high-quality kitchen appliances, the furniture is marvelous, we loved being there and will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.
