Air Conditioned Oceanfront Home - Next to White Sands Beach & 4 Mile Dive Site

This condo is in a great location. There aren't too many ocean-front options on the big island for bigger groups so this is was a great find. There is no beach here, but white sands is around the corner and walkable. The condo itself is OK. A little dated. The kitchen wasn't well stocked in terms of plates, cups, etc or cookware. We usually try to cook on our Hawaii trips but decided not to this time because it just wasn't convenient given the available kitchen items. Our back porch was nice to watch the ocean, but not as much furniture for our whole group to be out there as was pictured. Overall it's a nice complex.

We really enjoyed our week long stay in this home! Close to restaurants and activities. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. Great amenities. Could have used more than 2 Christmas themed kitchen towels and some extra blankets or throws would have been great. Overall had a wonderful stay!

Great location. The small cove right on the property had excellent snorkling. The property manager Jacob was excellent. He was very helpful, professional and responsive. Would recommend this property.

Overall amazing and great location , made the trip truly special

Very spacious and roomy. Everyone can have their own private spot. Loved the primary bedroom, fell asleep listening to the waves every night. We only cooked one night but everything in the kitchen you would need to prepare meals. Only one teensy glitch, only towels for two rooms but property mgr brought more over as soon as contacted. Small interruption for our first excursion the next day

The home is comfortable, and easily accommodated 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked and the communal sharing of spices was a big help. The location is superb, with snorkeling off the lava shelve right outside the complex (wave permitting). The grounds are lovely, and the views from the lanai and pool area can't be beat. We look forward to returning! Mahalo

Huge home perfect for large family or 3 couples

The property was immaculate. Jacob (property management) was very helpful and quickly accommodated several requests. We saw a monk seal just a short walk from the townhouse and of course several lovely sunsets from the pool.

Overall - we loved the house and the neighborhood - the rooms were comfortable and the house had most of what we needed! Our only complaint would be that the air conditioner’s remote batteries did not have enough power. In addition the air conditioner in the smaller room upstairs did not work- it did not cool at all - luckily the ceiling fan was great! We would definitely stay there again!
