Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a fantastic holiday here and enthusiastically recommend this rental to other travellers! The hosts, Jacques and Isabelle, are very easy to communicate with and gracious hosts. The house is very clean and well equipped. Everything is modern, works well, and has been arranged with attention to detail. The kitchen is very well equipped and, as a bonus, the cooks or cleanup team in the kitchen have gorgeous views of sea and mountains. There are two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The rooms are nicely decorated and the mattresses are very comfortable. The house is connected to two other units, but each has a separate entrance and terrace area, we barely noticed our neighbours. The terrace is the best part! It has a lounge area in the sun and a huge table in the shade. Every meal or glass of wine on the terrace tastes even better with the sea and mountain view! The location is deal. A 5 or 10 minute walk to a sandy beach and the marina area with a good boucherie and pizzeria. Nowhere near as crowded as neighbouring Calvi, but with all the benefits. This rental is great for small children (ours are 1 and 3 years old). The terrace is completely fenced in, the pool is not next to the terrace, there is a good high chair and crib available, and the kitchen/living area is very open. Overall, we had a magical week and are already daydreaming about returning next year.
